She is so quick at getting back to you and really puts her customers first. We can’t thank her enough for helping us to buy our first home. As first time buyers we found the process very complicated, and Paula went above and beyond to help us throughout. Unfortunately for us the sale was fraught with an endless litany of issues, including the seller going bankrupt and court intervention, and it would certainly have fallen through if Paula wasn't there every step of the way, offering expert advice and putting pressure on all the other stakeholders involved in this nightmare sale. Because of her patience and expertise we hung on and bought our first flat at an excellent price.

Amazing Service! We were referred to Paula through our estate agent and I am so glad he did! Paula was a dream to work with, from getting our mortgage in principle done within 24 hours and on a Sunday to coming to our house to go through the detail and then doing all of the chasing of the solicitors on our behalf. As first time buyers we heard all the horror stories of house buying but I am glad to say it was stress free and seamless thanks to the likes of Paula.

Excellent experience, i struggled to get a mortgage due to complex income streams with other brokers but Paula was able to get the mortgage we needed at a great rate too, and was very helpful and knowledgable in finding us suitable insurances and about the process of buying a house with conveyancers which was so helpful for us as first time buyers!
