If i could rate zero I would

It seems shocking to me that so many gaming retailers are so bad at fulfilling orders. Terrible service and terrible communication (zero basically)

You'll end having to reverse your card transaction just to get your money back. Avoid at all costs. Waste of time and money

Just A load of hassle!

Ordered several paint pots plus a brush set back in June 2013. They sent the paint pots and part of the brush set 2 weeks later, telling me the rest of my order was delayed due to supply problems with Games Workshop, and that the rest of my order will follow a week later.

A week passed and no brushes, so I email them and got the same reply, then they stopped replying to my emails altogether. I got my brushes five weeks after I placed the order, and only after I messaged them through their Facebook threatening to get in contact with Games Workshop.

My advice If you are waiting for an order is to leave a message on their Facebook page.

Their are many better places just as cheap with better customer service.

Avoid at all cost!

Avoid this company!

I made an order back in April and after a few weeks my order still had not arrived, after contacting them they told me it would take at most another week, after a week still nothing and they tell me it could take a number of weeks, 4 months later still nothing so I cancel the order and request a refund, they said it would take 3-5 days or at most 30. 40 days later still no refund, apparently caused by 'a problem with the intermediary company', I still have not received my money back going on for 50 days since request. Do not order from this company, as they seem to have no intention of fulfilling it.

poor, shop elsewhere

It's now nearly two months since I originally placed my order and nearly a month since I cancelled . Still no refund. I've bought from this company before and found them ok, but that was several years ago. I notice that I'm not the only recent customer, who placed an order, no way to ring them, the phone number given just went to a recorded message, telling people to email. emails were replied within 24 hours , all with the same bland messages saying that the order would be forfilled shortly (this did not happen). This companies behaviour is in sharp contrast to others in there sector

Avoid at all cost!!

I made an order in December 2013 for my sons Christmas present. The discount was really good so we placed the order and the cash was immediately taken from my credit card. The order never arrived and I got quite concerned. I tried to phone them but no answer. I emailed on many occasions about the order and they apologised saying it was on it's way. It came to about April and I thought enough is enough. I asked for a refund, no problem they would refund the money asap. Of course this didn't happen and I had to keep on emailing them. Lots of excuses but no refund. I was relentless with my emails and I think they got fed up and eventually refunded my full payment in July 2014. Please avoid at all cost sometimes the discount seems to good to be true and in this case it was!!

very poor experience - would highly recommend other companies.

Short story.: Pre-ordered, no show, over a month for a refund which had to be chased.

Pre-ordered an Item, some GW stuff.
Funds withdrawn immediately...
Upon release date, nothing shows up... I can understand this...
48h later, nothing.
Send off a quick mail asking if any problems, or if the item has been dispatched...
Decided to browse the web and discovered the trail of horrendous experiences others have had with this company... but i gave them the benefit of the doubt, some reviews were a couple of years old, things could have changed?? right?
Get reply stating that they've not received their items from the supplier, expected them today, but now not until tomorrow...
Checking around and find a post from another customer, one who has been in touch with GW about not suppliying the items to TotWar.. GW reply stating they have ceased trading with this company, due to the number of complaints they receive as a result of this companies service....
I mailed GW directly to confirm which they did.
Requested my order to be cancelled and an immediate refund applied.
Order cancelled and mail stated Refund would take 3-5 days, but no more than 30 days!? Very odd.... But still....
30 days later, still no refund, mailed to find out whats occurred, apparently "System Error".

Just pay more elsewhere, you will actually get your goods!

Ordered 30/4/14 and I write this on 25/6/14 with still no order!

Emailed them and asked where my order was right after the 10 day delivery period to say my order was delayed due to too many orders basically and a component was missing. Would be shipped within a week.
So a further 2 weeks and still no order I emailed again for them to say a component of my order was still missing and would be shipped within a week.
I'm a patient person and the only thing I would want is constant updates about my order.

To be honest I would rather go elsewhere, which I am. I have requested a refund. Let's see how long this takes. By law it should be 4 weeks... We will see!

AVOID AT ALL COST

Please do your self a favour and buy what ever you're after from someone else,even if it costs more. Promise you this company is not worth the hassle. Don't send goods out,wont refund, communication is the worst I've come across. Not sure how they can get away with what they do. I have had to contact my bank to start a claim back. Be warned!!!!

Dreadful company

Have done two orders in the past and have had to wait months for both to come. I had to get very stroppy with them to get it delivered in time for my sons birthday last year. They delete any negative Facebook comments or any asking about your order.

Warning- avoid like the plague!

Ordered before Christmas and I am still waiting 14th April!!! They do not respond to emails and the phones direct you to email only!

I am now reduced to approaching my card company for a chargeback and will never use these guys again. Appalling!

Please Avoid

They seem intent on taking and processing orders, enticing sales with a nice %30 off. They also seem to wan to HOLD ONTO YOUR MONEY until you hound them for it back or wait an eternity. I have tested this buy buying products that similar companies have no troubles getting stock off. All i can say is borderline fraud and seem to use customers to gain credit. I mean cm-on who needs a loan when you can just take and hold allot of money from customers and be difficult. Id like to be told a good reason behind this poor play as evidently has been a MO of this company for a few years now.... Judging by other reviews. My advice would be avoid at all costs. No matter how cheap they are!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I decided to give this company a try despite hearing about some delays in their shipping due to promised discounts. However after several weeks without my purchase arriving I feared the worst and asked for the order to be cancelled. Despite two emails after this request I still have not received a refund despite being assured that I would. Two months have now passed and I have had to raise a dispute using my credit card company and asked for a charge back to be initiated. This is the only time I have ever had to do this. Please avoid as this company as it appears to be completely incompetent if not bordering on fraudulent.

DO NOT BUY FROM!!! DOES NOT REFUND ON REQUEST!!!

This order was for GW Products, which I understand have a LONG delay on delivery. I have placed two orders with this company, the first was delivered within a reasonable time frame (one or two months) and I was notified that it was not available and kept up to date. Fantastic, I had no issues.

The second order was PLACED on 30/11/2013 with a request that if the items could not be dispatched before Christmas to please cancel the order and notify me. I received no notification and had to chase it up, however, with past reasonable experience I trusted that the items would be sent out soon and I quote from the email that I was sent:

'If you agree to wait a little while longer you need take no further action.

If you do not wish to wait any longer please let us know and we can make a refund immediately.'

I waited what I considered a little while longer and then CANCELLED on 09/01/14 for a FULL and IMMEDIATE refund as I was told by the company themselves as seen above. I received this message on their website:

"Fri, Jan 10 2014 5:47pm - Paul Adkins
We have cancelled your order and have arranged a refund for you.

Our card processor will return the funds to the account that funds were removed from.

Sorry for the issues you have had with this order."

However, I am STILL WAITING on 29/01/2014 and have sent another request as I consider this an inordinate amount of time to wait for a refund that was previously stated as being immediate. I do believe that this company is taking money with no intention of refunding it upon cancellation.

I do NOT like reviewing anyone negatively but in this instance I feel it is very necessary. Companies going back on their word should not be tolerated as they should not and would not tolerate it from their customers.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM AND HAVE YOUR OWN MONEY WITHHELD!!!

Total waste of time

Placed an order on the 3rd of Dec 2014 for Christmas, cancelled on the 14th. No contact from them, when we chased them it took ages for a reply. They don't publish negative comments and remove all negative feedback. A quick google and you find out they have been doing this for years. This person doesn't change his spots.

Don't buy from here

I made an order for Christmas on 08-12-13 and was told after many e-mails on the 20-12-13 that all of my order would not be here in time for Christmas.
They then offered me a refund for my trouble so that I could go and purchase what I needed from another company. I did order from A company in Rayleigh Essex and got this for Christmas at short notice but had to pay for next day deliver after ringing the shop (these people answers there phones).
I now have the trouble of trying to get my money back that I was told would be put back onto my credit card straight after Christmas.
I send loads of e-mails but do not get a response any more.
Today on 10-01-2014 I have had to reported them to my credit card company who my be able to get my money back for me.

DO NOT BY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS YOU WILL ONLY LIVE TO REGRET IT !

Rubbish

I cancelled an order for Codex Eldar after a month without receiving the book and nothing but excuses about it coming back in stock "any day now". They took my money immediately, of course, despite never sending the book. Recently risked it again for my major Xmas present; 3 weeks after the order was placed, still no goods, just excuses. I cancelled the order a week before Xmas, ordered from Dark Sphere and got my stuff a few days before Xmas. Surely there is some consumer law against what Total Wargamer is doing? Will never do business with them again, the whole internet hates them for good reasons.
