Granted, these guys take forever to deliver, but they DO deliver, are quick to respond, and has the best prices you will find, short of purchasing used goods.

First order took, from the day I placed the order, a total of 91 days. That's a pretty extreme amount of time to wait, but during this period, I had sent a total of 5 mails, all of which was answered the day after sending the mail - a response time far quicker than most of the larger companies I have experience with.

Second order took "only" about 60 days.

This order has so far been waiting for 70, and I'm still not worried. They are slow, but reliable nonetheless.

So the service is good, their delivery times are horrendous, but their Warhammer products are equal to Games Workshop, the original manufacturers themselves.

1. order in June – Waited 4+ Weeks – been put of from week to week.
After 6 weeks of big promises and “sorries” I give ´em a chance and trusted Pauls words.
Even made an additional order, so that they could combine package.
Status: Both orders with an amount of +1400 GBP weren´t send out for weeks till the beginning of october! Again empty promises. Ordered a refund of my money, which they took when I ordered! No money till today!

Back in May 2013 i stumbled across this british company Totalwargamer. there prices were very appealing but there is a reason for that. Totalwargamer is either increbibly imcompetent, lazy, downright deceiptful or a mixture of all above mentioned. If any has made purchases at them and not received what you paid for, you step is to contact Consumer Europe. Provide them with the Billings you have received and also any relevant Email contact you have had with Totalwargamer. Cosumer Europe will envestigate the matter and with almost certainty get you your money back. Brace yourself with patience but the system will keep deceiptful companies like Totalwargamer from cheating over and over.

I was looking for a good deal on Warhammer and came by Totalwargamer.co.uk. Overall the website looks good and ordered for a large amount for myself and some friends to save the postage to Denmark. Shortly after the purchase, the money was deducted from my account. Usually online companies do not take the money before the order is shipped, but fair enough. I can live with that.

After waiting for over a month and still didn't receive anything, I contacted them for a status. No reply. I contacted them again, still no reply. Now I have cancelled the order on their website, but I'm not really expecting a lot of service getting my money back. Luckily I can go to my bank and make a complaint and let them handle the issue.

I definitely can recommend purchasing from them! Try [competitor] instead..

Placed order worth almost £70. Waited for 28 days but nothing. Tried to ring but can never get through as automated message so I sent emails. Eventually had a response saying that problems with IT systems etc etc, but there was an order due in following week and ours would be sent out. Following week came and went but nothing. I sent another email then got response that very sorry but staff shortages, will get the order sent. Still nothing and emails went quiet. I contacted Consumer Advice to see what my rights were and they quoted lots of consumer act etc and told me to write to ask for a full refund. I sent letter recorded delivery so it arrived on the Thursday to them. I had an email Thursday afternoon stating very sorry and they would send refund to my bank, it may take up to 3 working days. It is now Tuesday, so 3 days has been and gone but no money in account. I have today emailed to say I am contacting Trading Standards to see what further action I should take. I can't say how bad this service is and I think its awful that my 13 year old son spent his birthday money on these models and has nothing to show!!

Placed an order for two Games Workshop Imperial Sectors. Payment went through the next day.
A few weeks later I asked about the order and received a reply stating that Total Wargamer were very sorry and that they had a huge back log of e-mails to answer and orders to process.
I decided to let it slide and at least follow their sales terms stating that I could demand a refund if they hadn't delivered within 42 days (outside of UK, in Europe).
More than 42 business days later I still hadn't received a single item. I gave them 5 days to ship or refund.
Nothing happened and I told them to refund my purchase or ship immediately. That is today. I'm doubting they'll ship anything today and just want my money back. Let's see what happens tomorrow.

I'd suggest other customers to place their order with [competitor] instead. At least they deliver.

Used them for a couple years. Not going to again. Last order, I waited over a month before cancelling the order. They did admit they had stock issues, but only after I contacted them. If they had told me before hand there will be a delay, I wouldn't have minded so much.

Order prior to that took 3 weeks to get to me.

I have waited for more than 2 months for my games workshop figures, and i still haven't got them yet. Their customer service was more than 5 days, to answer my complaint, and i'm considering a refund. This is the worst online servise i have yet to experience.

Communication is brilliant. Called them and described exactly what was happening with order. Just recieved a miscast Necron Overlord and have replaced it AND send it free of charge!

This company offer really good discounts, cheapest warhammer I could find online. Good customer service too, when I had not received my order after a few days I emailed and got a reply right away informing me that delivery takes 5-7 working days (I had missed this on the checkout page). I then got my order on day 6 as expected.

Highly recommended, especially if price is more important than speed.
