The food is excellent, the service is terrible

The food at Pho Hanoi is really good. But you have to pay the price of often receiving rude and unprofessional customer service. We do takeaway from here often and I would say that about 2 out of 3 times you will be completely put off by the staff taking your order. But the food is very good. Pho Hanoi can get away with this in Copenhagen for the time being, but a place like this couldn't survive in a city where people expect a higher level of service.
