My experience with Phoneshop is excellent. The order was processed quickly, the administration checked the payment in advance and the person at the shop helped setting up the phone with the glass screen cover for me and gave a few tips on how to use the phone

No cash-back action, returning paid
I bought a LG mobile but Phoneshop does not participate to the Cash-Back action of 50 euro's (this was in my opinion not very clear/visible). As result I sent back the phone and paid for it (other company have a free returning policy). The refund toke 14 days.
