Received half order. No response by customer service.
I have ordered 2 mugs and 2 calendars from PhotoBox.it early in December. I spent 53 Eur and Ilive overseas thus have paid around 98 Aud. I my family received only calendars. After contacting many times by email without response, I tried the chat but there is constantly a queue of 80 people. Mugs were for my son's grandpas for Christmas. Such a waste Of money, time and heaps of disappointment . Grandpas are not getting their Xmas gift.

I ordered a photobook for 2017 and the delivery date with DHL (I paid estra for this) was estimated for the 18/12 which was great since I needed it for the 20th before leaving for overseas. So i thought- ok 2 days grace period should be ok!
Then I get a mail giving me the tracking number on the 15th so I thought, great! its on its way.
After the weekend, on the 18th i checked the tracking and it still said Friday, December 15, 2017 Location Time Piece
1 Shipment information received ORLEANS - FRANCE 09:30
So i contacted Photobox via their chat service (only way they have customer service- forget getting a reply from their email address- tried that!) (oh and to chat- you have to wait in line for about 13 people which takes about 20 mins). .
So on the 18th, the first customer service guy DAN says that it is a problem with DHL and to cover their delay he gave me a refund for the €12 extra paid for DHL.
Then I contacted DHL and they told me that it was not THEIR delay but instead they had not even yet received the good to ship to me!
The DHL notification is just an automatic notification, it does not actuallyu signify that you book has been printed and delivered to DHL.
In the end I had to wait 24hours, recontact them via the CHAT and ask for a reorder. The customer service guy Marco was not very helpful- did nto even offer a discoutn on the photobook.
New delivery date estimated is 3/01/2017 with DHL (10 working days after the original date!).
Now I'm waiting for my 2017 book that will arrive in 2018 and in the meantime have to go and buy my boyfriend another present for Christimas.
Long story short: Photobox is not recommended: poor customer service and unreliable service.

Absolutely perfect
I ordered two canvas prints. Print quality was excellent, great color accuracy, wood frames. Fast delivery and overall really low prices for what they deliver.
