We agreed a price for some photos, was given the quotation in writing. On the day of delivering the photos was told it would cost more by a few hundred pounds (shocking). Was told quote was an error and was then told a completely different pricing format, something which seemed liked it was plucked out of thin air as in no way was it indicative of the work involved to colour edit in Photoshop (quick video on YouTube showed it was less than a 5 min job). Had to settle with a different option which I wouldn't have gone with in the first place. Have used them before but this time a stark contrast in pricing. Don't think there is honesty in their pricing and in my opinion they are exuberant for what they offer. can get the exact same quality and packages elsewhere for a fairer price. Above is my opinion and you are welcome to form yours.

You explicitly advised it would take 3.5 hours of work charged at £20ph + VAT. Please see your written quote you emailed me, such a long statement couldn't have been a typo. But then all of sudden you wanted to charge me close to an extra £400 afterwards, this renders your reply rather debunkt, I find it ironic that you were actually not clear up front. I was not prepared to pay your magical several hundred pound figure so had to settle with your basic package. Your original quoted price I would say was reasonable for 49 photos with a few minutes of Photoshop labour per photo. Now I wasn't 'happy' as per your understanding, I had half a job done to what was agreed, I would have gone elsewhere if you had told me your inflated price from the beginning. If you really made an error it would have been good customer service on your behalf to accept your mistake and honour the quote, not trying to land it on your customer. Also it wasn't 'timely manner', you were late because you had 'staff off with Covid' ( I accepted this btw) so please don't try to redeem yourself with further false statements. I only came to you looking for the best, someone with attention to detail but sad to say neither were great. You roped me in then tried to squeeze out an excess at the point of delivery, very unprofessional.

I was very lucky to use Photograph My Product agency. They saved my day. I originally used a different agency for Amazon photography and it ended in disaster – poor photos, a month wasted and I couldn’t launch my product as I had no photos. I then phoned up and Nicky kindly reassured me that after they receive my product, they will be able to deliver within a short timeframe.

Working with Photograph my Product is always a pleasure! I don’t use the words "Experts in their field" lightly, but they truly are. For example, sometimes I’m not entirely sure what I would like the photos to look like stylistically, and in these circumstances they’ll advise and use their creativity to produce the most amazing photos that best portray my product.
In other scenarios, I know exactly what photos I'll need to improve on my Competitors’ imagery. In these cases Nicky will receive a VERY detailed spreadsheet with loads of additional requirements, far outside their normal Amazon packages. Nick and his team will then create a customized package and follow my instructions closely. And as usual, the end results always exceed my high expectations!
