A few things you should know before using this company
My experience with Photograph my product was mixed. From my first correspondence with the company communication was poor, email replies were slow and responses seemed rushed, often not answering the few questions I did have. I was given no indication as to when the photographs would be taken or a rough estimate for when the project would be finished. Credit where credit is due the photos taken were of high quality, although the brief that I provided wasn’t accurately followed so revisions had to be made until I was happy with the final product. At this point, once I had received the photos I was happy. However, upon receiving my product back (a stationary type item), the pages were glued together - I can’t think why this would be other than holding it in a certain position for the photographs. But this glue was not removed before my product was returned and when opening my product again the glue tore the pages, rendering it fairy useless (certainly not worthy of photographing again).
While this company have a lot of potential and clearly have some talented people working for them, the customer service was poor and I felt that once they had received payment they didn’t want to have anything to do with me and the condition of my returned product reflected that.
