Couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Shipping was prompt. I would give them 10 stars if it were possible.

I originally received the wrong product. I contacted customer service and was immediately sent the correct item with a return envelope. I am very happy with the new flashlight and the prompt response by customer service.

Everything I've bought from PhotonLight.com has been of the highest quality. What I order most often are the keychain flashlights: They're amazingly bright and convenient to use everywhere I go. I have added one to every set of keys in the house, so that we're never caught without a reliable light.

Their response time and packaging are very good, so that when I need anything from them, it comes only a little after I ordered it.

I have to say, I am impressed with the customer service! I was looking for an Insteon product that was sold out everywhere. I saw that PhotonLight was selling them. I don't remember if their website said they had stock, but I know it didn't say out of stock like everywhere else. I decided to order from PhotoLight even though I had never ordered from them in the past. The next day, I had not received any tracking info, so I called them. A REAL PERSON answered the phone and told me that they were out of stock, but that they were expecting some in in the next few days. He apologized that the website didn't show out of stock when I ordered. The part was shipped within a couple of days, I got plenty of tracking updates and had the part in hand a couple days after that.
I never would have gotten to talk to a real person and get an estimation that they should have more in a couple of days from any of the sites I have ordered from before. I wasn't really out anything since it was sold out everywhere else.
Overall, I truly appreciate the personal response to my inquiries about my purchase and I will shop PhotoLight first next time I need an Insteon product.

PhotonLight shipped my order quickly. My item was well-packed, arrived in excellent shape and was as represented in the ad. I'd definitely do business with them again.

The extra modes hardly work. Sent in a freedom light for warranty. There is no warranty. I’m done this company went downhill.

Photon Light is user friendly company that provides quality produces. I carry a Photon Micro light on my key chain. I’m amazed by how handy it is and how often I press it into service.

Got this light to replace an old unit used on my archery bow sight (fiber optic segment/pin needs more than ambient light to glow brightly). This new unit works, but the light’s color is blue rather than the purple (like the original unit) it’s advertised to be. The beam is also not as strong, but the on/off switch is working well (unlike the original) so I’ll use it till something more suitable is found. If your light need(s) is/are not as specific, this could be quite adequate.
