I honestly can’t describe how disappointed I am with the product. Not only could you not see the photo I personally chose to get engraved - I went through the processes explained on the website and after they saw l it wasn’t going to come out right, they still took my money and sent it without even consulting me. When I spoke with them I got no understanding and just excuses. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

After there was a problem with the order, Geoff rectified the situation to produce the perfect pendant. I really appreciate his efforts. Five stars for the pendant and five stars for customer service!

Purchased items did not meet expectations or look like the items reviewed on the website. You can barely see the faintly etched image (which will be manipulated by Photo Pendant) unless you have perfect eye sight, perfect light and hold the pendant at the perfect ‘just right’ angle. For me, the items received are unfit for purpose as I cannot give them to my wife for her birthday to remember her parents, her dogs and her children! This company/Geoff has a website full of disclaimers and statements etc that he believes makes anything that you are dissatisfied with - ‘your fault’ and makes every effort to make you waive your legal consumer rights, which cannot be waived or restricted by traders or their disclaimers and websites. If dissatisfied in anyway with received products Geoff will not accept returns or issue refunds. Be sure of what you are buying before clicking on ‘Purchase’ as you ‘will be stuck with it’ and ‘out of pocket’ regardless of prompt complaint. I will never use this company again and I would not recommend Photo Pendant UK to others !!…I HAVE NOTHING BUT REGRETS - PLEASE AVOID !

For my wife's 50th I wanted to get her something special and I thought a little picture pendant would be perfect. Recently we lost our Old English, he was her baby. I spent a great deal of time picking out the perfect picture to use.

I submitted everything and a couple days later I got a confirmation my order was completed.

Several things went wrong. First the package arrived incomplete - mixing the gift box. I don't know if it was stolen in transit or if the package was just torn and it fell out.

The second and most important issue is that what arrived is NOTHING like the picture I submitted. You cannot even make it out, literally it's a tiny bit of an outline. When comparing this to the original or even to any of the examples on the site it was clearly not done properly.

I contacted them and met with defensiveness and a complete and total blasé attitude by Geoff. He doesn't care.

Don't waste your time and money, I should have checked here first. I made a mistake and didn't do my due-diligence ahead of time like I should.

Geoff is extremely rude, has stolen my money and not sent me the item and has given me a fake tracking number and is now ignoring emails!!!! Beaware I am taking legal action!

Not even worth one star! Purchased a pendant originally 8 years ago and was so pleased with it, I decided to purchase another one for my mum with my now passed away dad’s picture on the front, I was so disappointed when I received it, background taken off and you can hardly see the picture on it.received a email back from Geoff, rude and unhelpful telling me nothing he can do and won’t refund or replace. I’m so upset and angry. Don’t purchase from this company

Brought my mother a 925 silver pendant with my late fathers picture engraved on it in March. The pendant is now unwearable as so badly tarnished. Contacted photopendant for advise on cleaning and making it wearable again, but the response I received was incredibly rude and unhelpful, they accused me of not taking proper care of the pendant and stated “what do you want me to do about it” I would definitely NOT recommend this company who have extremely poor customer service and products that are not fit for purpose, after all its a necklace, and meant to be worn not stored in a box like they are suggesting

Ordered a photo pocket watch from the site… the quality of the casing was good and it looked nice from the outside. Inside the face is protected by a plastic cover that feels loose, but nonetheless I thought it was still a nice gift for my best man.
Having set the time when it was delivered, I checked it again before putting it in a gift box and the time was wrong and second hand had stopped.
Thinking it was the battery, I replaced it…. Inside the casing is a very cheap mechanism which had clearly failed, as the new battery made no difference.
Since sent an email and not impressed with customer services… not helpful at all.
Can’t comment on other products but my advice we be to spend your money on a better quality pocket watch.

Ordered a photo pendant as a birthday present, which i received but it looks awful, the picture has been modified from the one i uploaded and previewed, they removed the background and changed the size of the picture, its also only visible on the disc if you hold it at a very specific angle to the light (certainly not on a chain around the neck) so it just looks like a silver disc around my wifes neck :(. contacted them to say its not as expected and was told tough we do it like that and we wont change it or refund it as they cant re-use it (regardless of the fact i cant use it either). Would never recommend this companyat all. will be contacting trading standards

Definitely should have come here first, they sent me an email to say the logo i chose was too small to engrave on the zippo, i sent back saying the new design was ok but could they make the margins the same (to make the design work and not look un-even)

they sent the zippo with their original design, ignoring my change.

Now nobody answers the phone, or my e-mails.

Ridiculous, DO NOT USE.

Absolutely useless company after 5 weeks of waiting for my locket still nothing ..email them just for them to keep saying sorry ur confused would not order anything off these unless u want to wait for months and then recieve nothing !!

Awful customer experience from GEOFF. Sent me silver plated chain instead of the Silver 925 chain and refuses to send me the correct item. Incredibly rude. The quality of the photo printed on the pendant is s h i t

Wish I came on here before ordering from this website. Now Iv read all these reviews my order and experience literally makes sence. Firstly pendant you can barely see the photo have to look really close and tilt it and squint and yeah basically can’t see it. I then emailed the company thinking maybe they might do it again with a little better quality but wow the response I got was disgusting, rude and unprofessional and continued to keep emailing me arguing with me. Laughable. Avoid this place

The image is barely visable once they removed the background. They didnt ask me to change picture or asvise me it wouldnt be clear. Like their page states

The email from my complaint was rude and condescending. No customer service at all
The dont accept paypal as they know people could get returns for then for their less than acceptable products.

Avoid like the plague and save your money.

I left a bad review and they contacted me saying if I don't remove it in 5 days they will take me to court.
Reviews are for an opinion, to avoid bad reviews give a nice customer service to people, offer them options, and try to be as nice as you can.
The previous review is my honest opinion on the pendant, and we are a free world,where people share their opinion. Good luck.

I ordered a pendant that faded and rusted within 4 weeks. I emailed a photo of it over saying that 4 weeks for that sort of wear isn’t reasonable. The reply I received was atrocious. Extremely unprofessional, rude and defensive. Took no responsibility and said it was my fault the pendant had worn down! They don’t accept bad reviews on their website which is why the reviews look so good there. Wish I went on trust pilot first to see these reviews. AVOID THIS PLACE !!

I purchased a pendant from this company. Initially pleased with the product, but in less than a week it tarnished, even following all of their instructions. In essence these are not to be worn. I contacted them to explain that it was faulty, and they said to return the pendant which I did. I have a proof of delivery, but they say it has not been received. their email responses are very poor. very very unhappy.
DO NOT USE THEM!! unless you are never going to wear it or take it our of the plastic bag it is supplied in.

The product is SUPERB the image is like a 100% replica top quality and well worth it would not hesitate to buy from again. Provided me with support late on in the evening can't fault the whole process.

Well done to all involved and thanks for making a Christmas Present very special and of top quality.
