Quality very poor, and not acceptable to give as a gift...Sent 3 emails and no reply to date...Think very carefully before buying...not as good as it looks in the online preview...…..latest} they rang and said no refund or replacement, and when I questioned this, he hung up...Great customer service eh!!

Good object and job

The photopendant was purchased to give to a friend who recently lost her mother and it was a perfect gift for her to have as a keepsake.

I was very pleased with my purchase and I am sure my family members will enjoy their Christmas presents. I thought every one and I ordered five was perfect.

I bought his for my mum following my dads unexpected death. The quaility is incredable. The photo of my wonderful dad on the pendant is so clear

I should have asked them if they engraved on both sides....I am sure they would have. The engraving wasn't deep, so don't expect it to last for ever with constant use. I love my photo pendant.

I ordered a pendant and there was a small issue with my order. I contacted Geoff who was more than helpful arranged my pendant to be sent by next day delivery and kept me informed of all progress. The pendant itself was lovely. I will definetly be using again and would recomend to anyone. Xx

Ordered a necklace with a photo of my granddaughter and as the picture I sent wasn't brilliant I wasnt holding out much hope. The item I've just received is absolutely fantastic, can't tell you how pleased I am. Will deffo recommend to others and will be placing more orders very soon!

The pictures on the site don't do the pendants justice. I bought one as a thank you for all my mum's help after the birth of my first baby and couldn't be happier, she loves it too!

I had a picture done of me and my brother, who passed away at 21 and one of my children done for my mum. I know she will love them, i expect tears on christmas day. the price is amazing, only thing i would change is that i forgot to order a chain, a prompt if you would like a chain adding at the checkout would be so useful for people like me that forget, but thats more for me than bad service.
They arrived extremely quickly and turned out better than i thought the would, i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
