sadly the quality of the wallpaper was not what it looked like in photos. my bad for not inspecting more closely or letting them send me a sample, so I cant fully blame photowall! i was expecting some kind of satin shimmer and not a bold print.

It is difficult to determine exactly how the wallpaper finish quality is based on how it looks on a screen/computer.
You can always order a printed sample before ordering the actual wallpaper, so you will have an idea of what the quality would look and feel like in print and up close.

Best quality and best customer service
The customer service is amongst the best I have ever seen. I will be a regular customer. Even though I have limited walls in the house :) item also arrived fairly quickly.

Negative experiences with customer service
We had a problem with the print on the wallpaper and received different answers from customer support how to handle this. Kind of surprising, because we speak about a 1000 Euro wall paper for a small wall in a kids' room. We finally decided to just drop the order and get our wall paper elsewhere. It was my third order at this company, and I just feel that it's ok whenever you have no difficulties. I've learned now that you can get the quality cheaper, and then you get the customer support too ;)

Actual framing not included in price
We did not expect the print to be delivered not framed, although this is on the website. A basic frame was sent along but the print paper also was a bit large. Photowall had great customer care and helped us resolve the issue. We had planned to be ordering further wall posters/wallpaper for our house and are happy we can count on them next time.

Amazing I super recommend
It was everything so easy and fast. I really liked and I Super recommend!! The support team also very nice and reply to the email fast. To apply alone the wall paper for the first time it was also very nice and kind of relaxing for me.

Great customer service
I ordered and changed my mind about the wallpaper whilst it was still on the way to me. The customer service was very helpful and I could send the package back without any problems. Please be aware that they can’t reuse or sell your order after you sent it back. If I knew I’d have thought twice before my purchase. Still, shoutout to the service people at Photowall.de

Wir können nur die Illusion von glänzenden metallischen Farben wie Gold oder Silber drucken bzw. erzeugen, da wir nicht in der Lage sind, glänzende metallische Farben zu drucken.
Bei der Bestellung konntest du dir die Bahnen anzeigen lassen und ebenso in den Informationen zu unseren Tapeten wird dies aufgeführt. Die letzte Bahn wird immer anteilig bedruckt. https://www.photowall.de/kundenservice/produktinformationen-tapeten
Die Tapetenbreite ist auf die Handhabung beim Tapezieren, den Transport und auf die Produktion abgestimmt.
