Avoid ! This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. They assume to be working with Klarna for payment processing, but after my order went through and I paid for my order, Klarna sais they do not know Photoowall and do not work with them. Photowall never sent my order and say they did not receive money but I paid and they refuse to return funds. Crooks! Rude customerservice. Try another company, there are plenty online, avoid this one ! Just an advise

Beautiful wallpaper, good service, easy installation
I love the designs and the speed of the service; however, the printed wallpaper is not in high resolution: it's pixeled when looking at it closely... It is ok for a wall as a whole, but when looking at it closer some of the details are pixeled, which we didn't expect. Anyways, after installing it, we are in love with the wall it was for our baby's room and he loves it, he keeps pointing at it with a huge smile looking at each animal and drawing. ❣️
Besides that, the installation process was good, we thought it would be difficult because this particular design comes with a grid, but each line aligned perfectly and the result is great! 😃

Happy to hear that you are pleased with the design and the service but of course sad to hear that the wallpaper didn't live up to your expectations.
All our images are high-resolution fitted to be printed as murals. In some cases, depending on the size of the wall, you need some viewing distance to the mural and consider the subject as a whole.
You can always order a printed sample prior to ordering the actual wallpaper, so you will have an indication of what the image quality will look like in print.
We have a 30 day return policy for unassambled items, so if you haven't started installing the wallpaper you are always free to send it in return and receive a refund. Please contact us if you would like us to help you with this.
