We did order a modern world map…
We did order a modern world map inspired by Hondius and Mercator (style) and are incredibly happy over the result. We did choose the design and the size we wished the map to be in. Delivery was free of charge. Packaging was perfect, so nothing got damaged on the way to Denmark. Thanks a lot for your great service and support.

It was a small job that should have been handled quickly.
I made my order a Friday and was told it would be printed and sent. 3 days later, another employee called to ask if I stille wanted the order. Somewhat frustrated I confirmed and received an email saying that the order had left the print shop. A week later, I emailed to ask if they sent my order. The day after, I got a now email again confirming that the order had left the print shop. I received the order TWO weeks after I placed it. Furthermore, the print had been divided into two pieces which I was not told. I had to get it reprinted at another shop, Tapetforum, Denmark. Way to bad! I was in contact with four different people, should have been the same person to ensure the communication!

We're also sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your wallpaper. All of our wallpapers are printed on panels that are 45 cm wide. We apologize if you feel that this was not clear enough when you placed your order. You are always free to return a product that you are unhappy with, as long as you haven't started installing it.

no complaints - all worked out perfectly. very high quality of wall paper. the delivery came just a few days after booking. we ordered also accessories to put up the wall paper and it was very usefull. great that we can also design ourselves at your website....

Really fast delivery and easy to order.
Our painter wasn't totally satisfied with the quality of the photo wallpaper, it was a little bit like paper, very sensitive.
But the result is really good, changed the whole room :)
