Delivery process by DHL could have been better
This is the 2nd time that I order from Photowall and can say that the product is of high quality.
It would desrve a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the delivery by DHL. On the 24th of November I received a notification from DHL that delivery was estimated for Wed. 30 November. I waited all day and I heard nothing from them till December 2nd when at 9am they sent a message saying that they were in the process of delivery. Since the delivery requires a signature I had once again to make last minute planning to be present. Delivery process could have been much better.

Good image but unprofessional execution
The canvas images are exactly as shown on the website. However, on the one canvas, the serial number etc is clearly visible on the side of the canvas!
It looks very unprofessional!

They are always delivered in 45 cm wide panels while we print the whole height according to your order, they will arrive rolled, and you need to cut the strips yourself along the dotted lines, we have this information posted on the website and I am sorry If this isn't clear at the time of purchase.
