I am appalled at the poor quality of their products! Holy cow! Sizes are way off and colors are nowhere near whar they show. Look at the seams! Put together by what must be an amateur. Run away from this company and don't buy. I got two sweaters and will return them asap!

Half the clothes were nice the others not so. Different material and design pattern then what the picture looks like. Some very very cheaply made

delivery takes a very long time, more than a month, even though I have repeatedly informed.
Ordered 3 pieces, 2 of which delivered the wrong items and the third did not fit, but no label with dimensions could be found.
Only when I wanted to return it I saw that it had to be sent to China. to a very complicated address and at my expense. No way, then I prefer to use as cleaning rags.
conclusion: never order anything there !!!!!

Spent £70 and may as well as threw my money in the bin. Took more a less a month to arrive. Them when it did i was majorly disappointed! The quality is horrendous and looks nothing like online. The sizing is completely off. I wouldn’t recommend and would certainly say go and invest in a few better quality range bras rather than more for your money but far far LESS quality! Joke of a store really shouldn’t be allowed to operate!

If I could give them zero stars I would. It took over a month to get my order, what arrived was cheap tat, not worth 10% of the sale purchase, let alone the original price. When I tried to return everything (£100 worth) they offered me a £20 voucher instead of a return. When I refused they offered me a 30% refund instead of returning it. I insisted on returning it, which cost £20 to send it back and then 6 months on they still haven’t refunded me. Awful company and I suggest you steer well clear. Also you the basically fill your inbox with “marketing” emails that seem to never stop offering me discount and promos.

I am now having to write my 6th email to receive my refund worth £50. I sent these clothes back in early October!!

This is completely unacceptable and there has been no response from them.

I asked them to unsubscribe me from their mail list becauce the yes botton does not work on their unsubscribe page

The product didn't match the order. I ordered short sleeve sweatshirt with a lighter blue tone instead received a dark blue long sleeve sheatshirt

I ordered some face marks on the 1.9.2020. Tracking said it was sent from Guangzhou on the 4.9.2020. Item was supposed to be delivered to Ferntree Gully in Victoria. When the package went missing Australia Post said it was sent from Australia not China to Alexandria NSW. Pickmyboutique are blaming Aust Post and Aust Post are blaming Pickmyboutique mean while I loose $69.00. First time dealing with Pickmyboutique and last Linda Robinson

I bought 2 dresses from this company. Both were unsuitable because neither of them were any where near UK sizes.

I have sent 5 emails, including photographs as requested, to initiate a refund. The last email from them offered me a partial refund. I responded to say I wanted a full refund. However, when I chased them up yesterday, I received a response asking for my order number......
I am now passing the issue to the Resolution Team at PayPal.

I have got my order. Unfortunately it wasn't the colour I picked and I choose the biggest XL size but it's still to thight around my shoulders. Thank you

I was very disappointed in the quality of the goods I received.
I am trying to return them but they are not making it easy for me and do not appear to have a proper returns system in operation.

It's extremely obvious that the majority of these reviews are fake just from the wording.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I purchased from them back in MAY and still no package, royal mail have been really helpful but I have made contact with PMB multiple times, through email, through whatsapp, paypal. I have been trying to resolve for 4 months, and it could have easily been resolved by now. They are unhelpful, ignore you and I will never be ordering from them again. Money down the drain, this company should not be allowed to trade.
