very deceiving subscription sign up
Before i start i love this app its great ive used it for like 6 years now. although it has a problem with advertisements being wayyyyyy to over the top .
but i signed up for a free trial as the ads were too much and i needed to use just one feature that was behind the paywall. when i went to sign up It offered me a 7 day free trial, and said about £7 a month. i am dyslexic and misread the fact that what i was signing up for equaled to that price a month but i would actually be charged £85.99 once my trial ended. i was also informed id be notified when my trial would be due to end, none of which i received. I also add i was then shocked to see on the email receipt i was only given a 3 day trial which the app said otherwise. I am now trying and hoping apple will refund me but i think Picsart must change the way they word things. imagine how many vulnerable people with disabilities or who struggle with comprehension have been victims to this
