Ups & Downs
Picsart used to be the go-to for photo-editing and/or creating, as I've supported the app since 2013. While some original features are still available, many of it now needs to be purchased, including previously free original features (stickers, texts, frames, etc.)
To some degree, the app still has useful content/features to use that are convenient.
