This product does not work, it missed multiple duplicate photos. customer service does not respond in a timely manner if at all. Very unprofessional

Deceptively doesn't tell you it is a paid program
Deceptively doesn't tell you it is a paid program until after you have downloaded the program, installed it, ran a check for duplicates and clicked to select which files to delete. Minimum plan of US$39.97 is not cheap for something many people only want to use once. The website doesn't even have "Pricing" shown anywhere obvious - I only found it under "Registration".
