Awesome Sports Jewelry! Ordered the number, name sport necklace for my teenage son to proudly wear and my wife the number earrings. Both of them love their "swag" and have received multiple compliments on the jewelry. With a new season starting soon, I may need to invest once again based on his "new number"!

My Dad passed away in 2024 and we gave the thumb print necklace to my mom. She loved it. We were extremely happy with the outcome. Would recommend purchasing.

I couldn’t easily find many reviews so I took a chance and ordered the Sterling Silver 2-Picture Heart Locket in August 2024. When it came, the engraved heart shape on the left side had a gap all around and the edges looked rough, the laser engraved photo was very dark and looked nothing like the website, the back of the locket had a rough top edge, the wrong butterfly was engraved on the front and it wasn’t centered properly and a different locket style was used. It was a shockingly unprofessional, unpolished and cheap looking locket. I couldn’t believe it considering it was $185. I emailed customer service and they responded that same day saying they would send a replacement. The new locket came 6 days later. All of the issues were fixed but the laser engraved photo was still very dark. I recommended that they include real life pictures of laser engraved photos on their site so people know what they’re actually getting. 5 days later, I gave the locket as a gift. The recipient opened the locket and the metal heart with the laser engraved photo fell out. It was held in there with just a dot of glue. I contacted customer service again and this time requested a full refund. I asked for a shipping label and they said the company does not send out labels for refunds. I told them that I shouldn’t have to pay anything to return a defective item and they sent me a shipping label. It was at this point I started looking at reviews online. On Facebook, 30% would recommend this company and I saw comments on Reddit that were primarily bad experiences just like my own. One person said they didn’t receive a full refund because they took out random fees such as a “re-melting fee” without warning. To try to cover myself, I asked them to confirm I would be receiving the full refund before I mailed back the item. They just reminded me that they only accept returns within 30 days and said, “We will have this checked with the returns team”. It seemed very clear I had better send back the locket or I would have no chance of receiving a refund at all. I mailed it back but let them know my concern of no longer having the item in my possession and also not receiving my refund. After receiving my locket (and chain) they emailed me to say that that they were missing the initial locket. Never, in any email communication, did they request the initial locket. They sent the replacement locket and never asked for the initial one back so when the second one seemed good, I threw the original one out. Now that I wanted a full refund they suddenly wanted that original locket back. I emailed a few times with no response (interesting how the responses customer service weren’t coming anymore) and called at least twice. By the way, when I called, I learned that they are also known as Pictures on Gold (up until that point I thought they were called Alivia + Danny). Their websites are almost completely identical. That seems off to me. Ultimately, I was told I would not receive ANY refund since I couldn’t send back the initial locket. So, in summary, they kept my $200 (cost of locket plus chain) as well as my returned locket and chain. I was lucky that my credit card company was understanding and they gave me a refund. I am disgusted by the dishonest way in which Alivia + Danny does business. If something is wrong with the item, they will find ways to avoid giving you a full refund or any refund at all. It’s truly shameful. After this experience, I found a great company called Lovelox. All I can say is, WOW. There is a huge quality difference. The locket feels heavy and not cheap, the engraving perfect, the locket polished and professional looking and the cost is even slightly cheaper. They don’t have a laser engraving option but I’m ok with that.

I ordered a heart pendant for my grandmother after my grandfather passed with a picture of the two of them. The speed of delivery, quality of the item and joy that it brought my grandmother was incredible. Can’t recommend enough!

I have bought 2 items from this company. A thumbprint necklace and a fire emblem necklace. I absolutely love both of them. I received both items in a very timely manner.

Worst, dishonest company I have ever dealt with. Run to a reputable website. I spoke with someone and asked about their return policy. She said 30 days from the time you receive the item. Did not like what was sent (actually ugly). When I called to start a return they said there was a 20% restocking fee. I have contacted my bank and furious with what I have to deal with. Do not even enter the website

The ordering process was excellent. I ordered my charms and they were shipped the same day and both were customized with birthstones. They were beautiful.

There was an error on the engraving. I sent back at your expense and it was fixed. Was very pleased.
