I am very happy with the quality of the products but sorely disappointed in the customer service. I ordered 21 sterling charms with jump rings and two 14k charms with bails. My order arrived with all jump rings. When I called to get a return authorization the service rep denied it and said "You ordered it that way" when the receipt showed I very clearly did not. I had to call in again, my return was approved and they sent a prepaid label and then correct gold bails after they received my return. Other than the unpleasant experience with customer service I am very pleased with a beautiful product that I enjoy wearing.

I am happy with their service on my zippo engrave. Price is reasonable too. Would definitely do business again.
They are nice to work with, accommodated all my requests on changing color of the picture.

I purchased a personalized Gold locket through this company on Amazon. I wanted to take the time to write a review for them because they gave me outstanding customer service! I purchased the locket close to Valentines Day and it arrived on time, It was a gift for my grandmothers 85th Birthday. When it arrived the envelope had some damage and the locket was missing I notified the seller and Amazon immediately. I emailed the customer support rep directly and they responded very fast and was able to send me a replacement next day. It arrived just as expected and the gift was much appreciated by my Grandma. Very satisfied with the purchase and commend them for their excellent customer support.

Ordered a locket for my girlfriend with picture of her mother inside as she recently passed. Received locket with chip and cracked photo. I sent it back for a refund and then was offered a 15%discount and another locket was to be sent. Well as of today 2/27/25 Have Not received anything. Stay away this is the worst experience I have ever had .will file complaint to try and get my $184. Back as of now having nothing except a headache. DO NOT USE THIS SITE YOU WILL BE SORRY

Purchased a necklace and pendant for my son for Christmas. Necklace broke within days. They sent us a new one which also broke within days. They will not refund but only offer store credit. Why would I want to buy more of their low quality product? STAY AWAY!

I bought a 14kt gold medical id octagon charm and the back part of my medical id charm tarnished and turned brown, I tried jewelry cleaner and alcohol but it did not work. I'm not buying no more 14kt yellow solid gold from this place no more. Christina who works during the chat is rude and disrespectful,She disconnects you very rudely and unprofessional.

Great products and fast service. I recommend using pictures on gold for your special gifts. The necklaces I have purchased were all beautiful,with clear pictures and quality metals. I probably will not purchase the smaller charms again just due to not realizing how small they actually were, however the ability they had to put a clear and recognizable photo on something so tiny was amazing!! I will purchase more items from pictures on gold and recommend them highly.
