I made a purchase for a mothers day gift on May 6 and their website had variations of shipping days. For regular shipping (no additional charge) was between 10-15 days, for an additional $10 charge it was between 7-8 days. I should have used my best judgement and cancelled altogether but I was on a deadline. He we are after countless emails and nothing June 2nd I sent an email demanding an email and expressing unpleasant experience with screenshots of each interaction they want to send an email at 11pm( i understand time difference) saying they are shipping my item out and that they apologized for the extended delay. I don't want the package anymore I want my full refund, Poor communication and delayed order. This package most likely will not reach me till the middle of June. I'm working overtime to get my full refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAMMING WEBSITE!! DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!!

No exchange in stores of online purchase
Went to the store and bought one pair - they did not have the same size in a different color so bought it online. They are different in size and I need a size bigger and I can not exchange in the store but have to pay 29 kroner to return and another 29 if I want them in a size bigger - that is stupid in so many ways - end not very environmentally friendly
