Having dumped all my coolant on the M11 my car was taken over to PIE Performance. After investigation it was found to have a fractured thermostat housing, not just the pipe. Can’t fault the communication and was even shown the car stripped down on the ramp whilst work was in progress, I found that particularly reassuring, and won’t hesitate to use PIE Performance from this point forward.

Purchased a Macan GTS and nothing was too much for Chris and the team! Car was as descirbed and the level of detail they have is unmatched! sorted a few bits on the car that i didn't even notice!

First class service from the PIE Performance team. the water pump failed on my 997, and despite the fact that they were extremely busy, they were more than accommodating and took my poorly Porsche in without any qualms. From there on in, the communications were superb, with both Chris and Eilisch providing regular updates on progress and informing me on what my options were when further issues arose. The whole experience has left me in no doubt that this is the team that you need to look after your Porsche. The customer experience is second to none. The car runs like a dream once again.

It is rare to find this level of service in any business but Pie Performance have managed to set a gold standard. From my very first call as a new customer, and on a Friday afternoon, I felt like I was in expert hands. When my Porsche Macan needed a new suspension air pump, the team wasted no time in diagnosing the issue, ordering the part, and having it fixed before Monday ended, amazing!

I was left with a feeling of professionalism, trustworthiness and high degree of customer service which was displayed throughout. Every step, from the initial conversation to the final repair, was handled with friendly care and precision.

Filters and plugs 40k Service done at PIE today. Additionally I had the PDK oil changed and they installed the latest firmware upgrade. 5mm wheel spacers all round. Very pleased with the work carried out .. Great customer service and highly recommended👌

Dropped off my 996 C2 on the 11th July for replacement lower control arms (front and rear), tracking to ensure correct alignment and diff oil seal and front suspension bump stops. The rear control arms took much longer to remove than the original quote for the job. When I collected the car on the 12th July the original quote was honoured despite taking longer. The cars handling was noticeably improved.
Pie Performance are professionals, experts and enthusiasts. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any Porsche owner. Thank you Chris, Mathew and the engineers who worked on my car.

My old 911 let me down yesterday when the MAF went. Pie Performance put me in touch with a tow truck, diagnosed the problem on site straightaway despite no booking and got me back on the road within a couple of hours, avoiding an 8 hour round trip otherwise. Very grateful indeed and superb service.

Bought a car from them last year - superb guys to deal with who know the cars inside out - cannot recommend highly enough.

Found this company and used them for the repairs on my Boxter did a fantastic job and much cheaper than main dealer. specialist on all Porschers. you would not believe their workshop. worth going to one of their cars and coffee days, last Saturday of every month. go and check them out have a free coffee and a bit of cake check them and their workshop out, that's what I did, well worth doing.
