It's average value for money

We were gifted 2 afternoon tea by post vouchers. The food was delicious and there was sufficient for 3 of us share each one. There was a slight hiccup over the 2nd voucher, but this was soon resolved. The parcels arrived on time, however, the DHL driver, on both occasions, did not have the courtesy to knock on the door, he just left it outside.

Delivery was excellent. Savoury items were enjoyable, but then things went downhill. Scones were hard and tasteless and cakes just tasted sweet and sticky (no flavour at all to lychee and rose loaf and carrot loaf only slightly better).

We had the savoury tea for two. Wow it was sooo delicious! Beautifully prepared and fresh enough for 4. We added some salad leaves and coleslaw ,( although even without these additions the tea was incredible) I collected it in person ,& the staff member I saw was charming ,& helpful

We had the vegetarian cream tea and it was delicious. We have ordered another one already.

This is the second afternoon tea for 2 my daughters mother in law has bought us, like the first one it was delicious, well packed and well presented. Well done Piglets pantry . I will be returning the gesture it's a lovely gift

Omg what lovely food, our daughter and son-in law gifted us tea for two delivered to our home , a mixed box savoury and sweet , and oh how we enjoyed it all thoroughly, so thank you Jo and team , your food is amazing and so tasty, we would 100% recommend and will definitely be purchasing ourselves to gift others, what more can I say but didn’t want to it to finish.

I have ordered a few times from you guys now and every time is amazing. We had some issues on the most recent order with your website but you called me straight away, refunded the duplicate payment made (my mistake, I was being persistent) and checked all was in order and correct. Customer Service is so polite, so lovely and helpful. Got nothing but positive things to say. The food is amazing, love your cakes so much. Thank you again, will be ordering more in the future, I know I will.

Excellent service, I had a problem which was resolved quickly by the admin team, they were really helpful. The quality of the afternoon tea was excellent, the recipient was thrilled with it. Will definitely be using this company again!

I've had one of these before so know it's fabulous! However, this is for Laura from customer care who helped me place my order via email as my code would not work from my coupon present (my error after all :)) - she could not have been more helpful and its on its way. Our son ordered an afternoon tea for us, but it didn't arrive until after 8pm! What's worse it was dispatched the day before on one of the hotest days of the year. Surely PP can make the necessary arrangements with DHL to ensure perishable items are sent within a reasonable time scale.

I have checked online and it seems it was delivered on the day it was intended at 8.18pm.
 
All items leave our site the day before packed carefully with ice packs.

So it seems items containing cooked meat and dairy are routinely sent out over a two day period. Also, an "afternoon tea" is not guaranteed to reach you until after dinner time!

Draw your own conclusions, but we willnot be ordering anything further from PP if this is how they operate.

We were gifted an afternoon tea a little while ago and it was amazing! The quality of the product was clear and it was all really tasty, on top of that the packaging was really nice and definitely gave it a luxurious feel - I will certainly be ordering again!

I would say this afternoon tea was average. The delivery arrived at 8pm so too late to eat on the day and the cakes were not that fresh. Was hoping for better as I find it hard to now get out to enjoy these experiences.

Very efficient company. Mixed up my order date telephoned piglets pantry they dealt with my error immediately. I received my tea for 2 really good produce and excellent value for money

I have ordered several times from Piglets Pantry, always excellent product and service. Recipients highly delighted with the afternoon tea. Delivery and communication first class, never let me down.

We did have a problem redeeming our voucher and I was unaware that I was eligible for blue light discount. However when we received our traditional afternoon tea everything was absolutely delicious. I will buy again and to send as a gift would be lovely for the recipient.

Highly recommend so fresh & prepared with love. The cakes were exquisite & the savouries were huge. Couldn't eat it all in one sitting. Will be ordering again!

I brought the classic afternoon tea for two with my virgin experience after a rather disappointing conversation with virgin
So glad I chose this it was so easy to order and perfectly packed the food was so good and plentiful I actually shared the tea with my daughter and two grandchildren and we all enjoyed it so much
I have recommended piglet to my family and friends and will definitely buy again without virgin experience
