I’ve been with PFCU for almost 25 years. I’ve had very few issues in those years. I’d say 75% of the time I’ve asked for help, I’ve been satisfied with their service. They have a few issues. Mostly with their ATMs @ the Stone & the Thornydale locations and drive thru at the Stone location. It should be easy every time you’re trying to make a deposit. They’re definitely much better than any of the other banks I’ve dealt with!
