Great food for the whole family!!
I gave a world map to every member of my family for Christmas, everyone was starting to think where to place their next pin.

There was a delay in service and shipping processing. I ordered the same colors in a U.S. map as a previous order for a world map, and yet it looks different. The U.S. map is also a bit difficult to push the pins in.

We received an astounding amount of orders during the winter holiday season, for which we are incredibly grateful. However, the downside to that was increased processing times. We sincerely apologize for the wait, and we will make sure to prepare accordingly for this year's Christmas season.
Thank you for bringing up the color difference! If you ordered your first map quite some time ago, there might have been changes regarding our map printing materials and printers used, resulting in differences in appearance.
As for the difficulties pushing in the pins, we use a dense foam board backing on all our maps to ensure that the pins stick well in the map.
We have also reached out to you via email, and we hope to discuss possible solutions with you!

Not specifically the Sellers fault-BUT **Updated**
Not specifically the Sellers fault, but I had no idea this item shipped from overseas. This was ordered over a month ago. DHL just notified me that the shipment was damaged. I will probably now not have a Christmas gift and lose money on this transaction. Not quick or apparently safe shipping.
*** UPDATE*** This was completely DHL's fault. I contacted Pin Adventure after I heard from DHL and they promptly offered to replace or refund my order. I received a refund in 24hrs. EXCELLENT Customer Service.

Map turned out great. It was easy to order on line. I received a nice confirmation email that the map was in progress and was provided an approval email of the sample product before proceeding, to confirm my acceptance. It arrived within about a week, well packaged with no issues. DHL tracking was provided during shipment. Very easy.
