This was my first order from Pink Frog…

This was my first order from Pink Frog Crafts And Cards, and it won't be my last.
I'd ordered various types of cardstock and when it arrived it was all great quality. The only problem was they'd sent me one wrong item, it was a slightly thinner card than the one I'd ordered. I emailed them that evening and in the morning I received a reply from Kim, apologising for the error and letting me know they had posted the correct cardstock out to me and for me to keep the wrong card with their compliments.
Couldn't ask for better customer service and I'll be sure to order from them in the future.
