I placed a custom order for New Era hoodies and provided detailed written instructions and reference images showing that the sleeve wordmark should run down the right sleeve when worn. During the proofing process, I clarified this orientation twice to avoid confusion. I did ultimately approve the final proofs, and I acknowledge that responsibility. My expectation, based on my written guidance and visual references, was that the logo would read from top to bottom when worn. Communication throughout this stage was timely and professional.

When the hoodies arrived, the sleeve logo was oriented upward toward the shoulder instead. I reached out right away and the team responded promptly, reviewed the issue internally, and requested photos for reference. I appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to investigate.

The final resolution was an offer of a 20 percent discount on a reorder, as production followed the approved mockup. While I respect their process, I was disappointed that the repeated written guidance and reference images about orientation did not carry more weight. The garment quality was solid, and communication was consistently timely, but the final result did not match my expectations.

Although Pinnacle charged 4 times as much as the competitor for logo lip balm I saw their reviews and chose them for a 24 rush order. They promised me Tuesday they could have it in my hand by thursday for my Friday morning event. Friday morning they still hadn't arrived. They said they'd refund the shipping cost (but did nothing about the stack of unneeded product I was stuck with after the event). The print was poor with lots of leakage and ink running along side the logo. I tried to contact the rep repeatedly but have still received no response. They clearly don't value your business once they have your money. I wish I could add photos here of the poor quality print they sent

Kyle was able to help us get a branded tablecloth very quickly! We had a strict deadline for an event and the tablecloth arrived in plenty of time and turned out great!

I appreciate Caitlyn and her team for handling the challenges, quick turn around on multiple unit needs. Caitlyn had a lot to manage with our department as we are broken up into different units and there were times we were ordering different items with very different needs dates. Honestly, the best customer service. We had a SUPER tight deadline to meet and it was met with full communication. We would get email responses back from our rep within 2 minutes max - no exaggeration. The quality of the products that we ordered were fabulous. We ordered full color customized cooler backpacks and speakers. We plan to order shirts and other apparel next, but will likely place another order for backpacks and speakers with it!

I needed an employee gift under a tight timeline and Julia / Pinnacle products delivered! Julia reached out via chat on the website and was able to suggest products that meet my criteria and my timeline. Then she helped manage the process to ensure it stayed on track. The product was delivered earlier than needed and met the quality expectations I had. I will definitely reach out to Pinnacle in the future!

Soooo, I badly needed marketing products and I needed them within a week. I received an email from Tyler immediately after placing an order and uploading the company logo.
Tyler walked me through everything I needed to do. Designed my products, sent me a sample of what the products would look like. I approved everything. He then sent information and a link to make payment.
Once payment was complete, I received daily shipment updates on the status of my order. Yes, the day before my event I had my products! Did I say I needed these things in 1 WEEK!
