Fantastic experience with Pinnacle Surveyors!
The team were very helpful, informative and prompt ( they carried out the survey within a week of instruction).

As a first time buyer they really took the time to explain how it works to me to ensure I understood everything, which was invaluable.

I spoke to other surveyors to get quotes, and knew without a doubt pinnacle surveyors were who we should choose because of how friendly and helpful they were.

Would definitely recommend!

Easy to understand and all done nice and quick

Brilliant survey and process. I was kept up to date with the process and when the survey would be carried out. Once this had been completed, I received a phone call to discuss this and make sure I was clear on everything, and if I have any questions.

Appointment was arranged with no issues. Report was carried out and sent to me within a couple of days. Report is easy to read and colour coded to make it easier to see any potential issues. Surveyor also followed up with a call to answer any questions.

There is no option of a 0 STAR.
And this company does not get any better. When my mortgage provider assigned Pinnacle i was sure this would now fall over the place and i called Mortgage company but unfortunately its a policy as per them to use Pinnacle.
They are rude people, they just read zoopla and that too not properly, They dont understand Shared ownership properties, without parking properties, 3 BED with one bathroom, 2 BED with extra Utility. They will go to the last sold and then undervalue it. they did undervalue mine by 80000 GBP and what a shame and shameless agents and company they are. I would put a name of who did a survey and his no over here, i am just consulting with Ombudsman. Shame dear surveryor you just put one more family into trouble.

Our house valuation appointment was arranged so quickly and took place the day after payment was made. We then received the report back the day after. Really impressed with how quick and efficient this service was. Would recommend.

Thorough survey of a property by Jonathan Sharp was received within 24 hours of inspection. The report was comprehensive and all questions were answered clearly over the phone. Friendly and knowledgable surveyor, very pleased with the service.

We had a valuation with Jonathan Sharp today and he was excellent. Very thorough and professional but also polite, friendly and patient. He talked us through each step of the process and was very clear at all stages. What could have been a very stressful morning was very straightforward. Very impressive.

We had a really positive experience with Pinnacle. After filling in an online query they were quick to get in touch with us, providing a quote and further information. The surveyor, Sam, then visited our property a few days later to complete the level 2 survey and we were very impressed with his efficiency when we received the survey report the following day. The report was detailed and comprehensive and the follow up phone call from Sam was extremely helpful in terms of understanding some of the things raised in greater depth.

Very good experience explaining everything as they went along

Ed was brilliant, did a thorough check and found a few problems that I wouldn’t have known about if I hadn’t had the level 2 survey. Even though it is a new build I would never have known about the roof problems or the bi-fold doors that should never be made of upvc. Thanks Ed.
