I just wish it was more comprehensive and easier to use. Direct integrations vs Zapier. I hate Zapier... :/
On it's own, the software isn't all that helpful. With the connections it helps out. I also wish the reporting was better.

Where to start...Pipefy is what I have …
Where to start...Pipefy is what I have wished all other Kanban type solutions would provide. Features to enable flow of information through a process. It's really simple, but insanely powerful. It also helps that I loved playing with legos as a kid...and Pipefy is like a massive lego kit for building a business.
