Made an order and it went through the call center and even though we've order there umpteen time this order was ridiculously priced. For a large meat lovers thin crust pizza they charged up $20.79. I called the call center back and asked them why that specific pizza was that price and the response i got was bc the order came through the call center, if you call pizza hut it would be $14 but the numer that was called should have taken me to the local pizza hut.. My opion there shouldnt be a call center bc pizza hut isnt having there doors knock down with customers.We took it back in and asked for a refund, the guy behind counter didn't even know how to refund our money... I'm not sure how pizza hut is still in business, but I guess it's bc of them ripping people off.. I won't be ordering through pizza hut anymore. Can you just amagine the price for 3 large pizzas being delivered? The cost to pick up going through the call center was already $44 +...
NO THANK YOU PIZZA HUT KEEP YOUR PIZZA. . I would have given them a 0 if I could have...

Awful pizza and poor customer service

The store in Willis at Canyon Falls was awesome. We were there 4/17/26 and they were so busy. But your girl Holly kept it going and never stopped. She is awesome in customer service and so super nice. Always has a smile on her face. We will be back

Pizza Hut changed their rewards program and I lost points. I had enough points for two pepperoni lovers pizzas. They changed their rewards program rewards point system and now I don’t have even enough points for one pepperoni 🍕 lovers pizza. I’m thru with Pizza Hut because they screwed me.

My pizza was delivered about 1 1/2 hours after I ordered on-line. They had some system issues I was told.

I didn't get the points that I had earned and the pizza came cold, with wilted lettuce and no mayonnaise at all. I love Pizza Hut but occasionally they just drop the ball and send you some inedible resemblance of their otherwise awesome pizza.

I had a bad experience several times where I purchase my usual garlic chicken wings and always pay extra for the extra scoop of garlic parm and out of the many times I been there for take out I noticed they charged me the extra dollar and I just got the extra garlic parm sauce couple times Steve is the manager at the west Douglas location in Wichita Kansas I wonder how many people are paying for extra pepperoni or extra and not get that that BIG savings for the store I call it theft

First off, the latest experience with the Pizza Hut on 96th/Highway 370 (In Papillion, NE, was not our first bad experience.
Went thru drive thru pick up window behind 2 other cars only to wait in line for 20 minutes.
Was able to back out of drive thru and walked in only to wait for someone to come to the counter to assist us. When asked why there was such a delay at the drive thru, woman at counter stated we were not the only customers who ordered and there were only two people working; Herself and the pizza maker.

Wrote to the store, explaining our experience this time and you can guess what was the reply...Absolutely Nothing!

We ordered their special 2 med - 1 topping pizzas, 8 boneless chicken wings, 1 cheesy bread. We had friends over...so there would be the 4 of us dining. My husband went and picked up the pizza. He got it home...our guests commented how hard as rock the pizza was. I tasted it and could not even bite a piece off. We had ordered thin crust. As a chef I can tell you that these two pizzas were overcooked and burnt. The Olives looked dried out on the one pizza and it was not edible. The other pizza was about the same. Hard as rock, cardboard. We'd paid $31. and some change for trash! I contacted Pizza Hut customer service and they said someone from that location would get back to us. No one ever did! I filed a complaint with the BBB. I WANT HALF MY PAYMENT BACK OF THE $31. PIZZA HUT..SO GET ON IT! This ruined our dinner with friends...and I was humiliated. NEVER AGAIN...THERE ARE OTHER PLACES WE CAN GET BETTER PIZZA THAT RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

New Caney Pizza Hut is the best Pizza Hut in Texas!!!! Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. My order was perfect and tasted amazing!!!!!!

Not even deserve a single single star. Ordered pizza from Lewis road, royersford location and sorry to say their pizza was pathetic. Their bread and sauce taste very bad , doesn't seems to be fresh at all. Even the ingredients we ordered found missing. Never recommend any will never visit again.

The employees make the customers feel welcomed. I always do an online order and it's ready when I get there to pick it up. The employees greeted me with a hi or how are u when I walk in and they even know my name lol love Pizza Hut
