I had a great experience here; the food and everything are good.

They took my order, prepared and cooked it, then told me they had no drivers to deliver it. Shouldn’t they have checked that before confirming my order? I was then told I have to wait 72 hours before they decide whether or not to refund me! Horrendous customer service

Pizza Hut prices for a little Caesars quality pizza.
Door dash driver was nice, it he stopped to pick up another order from another establishment before delivering mine. Usually not a big, but the overall order time was longer than expected and the pizzas were less than ideal, considering I gave the guy $20. Pizza was room temperature warm. I called the Pizza Hut branch directly and was clearly misled. I was told my pizza was already on the way, even though I had placed the order only minutes earlier and the estimated delivery time was 17:51. At 17:21, that simply was not believable. It sounds like staff were giving false information instead of being honest about the order status. Very misleading service and poor customer communication.

It a real shame to have to say this as I had a great experience from the owner and his smiley son.
Unfortunately u have a member of staff working that says he is incharge of the place but he has no basic skills to talk to the public, he is rude, talks over people,agressive talks down on woman and children can not explain the menu, treat people with disgrace, when I asked to speak to the manager as I could see the conversation was going nowhere he refused to call anyone as well as he refused to give me his name.
I left your branch angry, disappointed, mistreated it was actually the worse experience of my life so far and no customer should feel this way.
An absolute nightmare and I will never go there again I also make sure i will tell as many people possible about this horrible experience.

we ordered a cheese stuffed crust and a barbecued brisket stuffed crust with breadsticks for a carryout order was told it would be 15 minutes arrive 15 minutes later sat in the lobby for 45 minutes. The pizza came out. It was a barbecue pizza, but it had beef pebbles, and the cheese pizza had so much sauce, and it was doughy when I said something that that wasn’t the right pizza the guy just shrugged at me and said he was sorry.

Not even worth 1 star, paid for 2 pizza and wings to be delivered, got 1 wrong pizza and chips, no refund, no apologies, absolutely disgusting 812228457

The only problem is that the pizza was in a large box and it was a medium size dough stretched a bit and after slicing it was spread with gaps in between slices to fill box and to make it look bigger

I tried to cancel my order but when u call you only get the call center and the store never picked up the phone told the call center nobody is picking up and that I don’t want the pizza they said it’s nothing they can do but transfer me to the store so now I gotta dispute with the bank

The worst delivery service in history due to a system fault. Food says delivered on the website but wasnt delivered. I wasted £12 with my friend going to Dagemham Pizza hut store and the service wasnt any better and waited for no reason. I WILL NEVER BE BUYING PIZZA AGAIN FROM HERE.

I recently ordered the Millionaire Cookie Dough Rolls and what arrived looked nothing like the product being advertised.

The images and description show a well-presented dessert with toppings and dressing, but what I received was essentially a flat cookie in a box with none of the presentation or elements shown in the advertising. It was honestly quite shocking when opening it, as it looked nothing like what was promoted.
When customers order something, they expect the product to resemble what is being advertised on the menu or app. In this case it felt very misleading, as the difference between what is shown and what was delivered was significant.

If the product cannot be delivered as advertised, the promotional images should be updated to reflect what customers will actually receive.

If you're from killen Alabama...I wouldn't use the pizza hut there. The delivery drivers are okay but the managers are childish, game playing fools. I've had so much trouble from this place. I will never ever order from there again. They are bullies and deserve to be fired. I'm so tired of bullies. I hate to give bad reviews. I love pizza hut. But due to the lack of proper management. I'll never eat there again.

Pizza Hut on Tobacco Road marked my food delivered at 8:19pm and food didn’t come until 9pm. Food was cold .

I ordered my delivery which took almost two hours. Driver got lost, store kept telling me that he had knocked on my door 3 times, which was a lie.
Driver eventually delivered cold pizza's, the store said they would redelivery, another 35 minutes and the wanted cold pizza's back, no apologies, when I called the manager was rude and unprofessional even had the temerity to ask why I was calling...
No offer of compensation. Not even a price reduction...
