Tried to order online like we usually do. It wouldn't let me place the order. The total said $19.38. Called the closest store and they said they would make it, but it would be $26. WTF? We ordered this way every couple of weeks and then drove 20 miles to pick it up. Complained to the store and to corporate and have never gotten a reply. They just lost my business.

Have been a loyal weekly customer for years and had amassed dozens of loyalty ‘slices’. On the 22nd of Feb I received an email saying that they were changing their rewards system and all ‘slices’ not used by the 23rd, so in 24 hours, would expire and be lost!

Messaged customer service asking for either an extension or for my rewards to be carried over. Flat refusal, the best they could advise is that I use them or lose them. Absolutely disgusting customer service warranting the low ratings they have.

The Hut have just lost me as a loyal customer with my considerable monthly spend to one of their two major competitors!

Dudley castle gate pizza hut, is absolutely filthy. Food squashed all into the floor, plates dirty, glasses not cleaned properly either. Don't get me started on the toilets, urine all over cubicle floors, cubicle doors broken, no toilet roll, floors soaked in I dread to think what. Told staff for them to ignore me. Manager wasn't even wearing a uniform so can't even be sure it was the manager I spoke to when I asked for them. Totally unprofessional restaurant, safe to say we walked out without ordering. Fowl

I ordered 2 large one topping pizzas, and neither of them had much ingredients. There was hardly any cheese OR sauce on them. I was truly disappointed.

Pizza ruined by delivery which I would complain about as accident happens, but how after Feltham staff dealt with a issue is just disgraceful, not much better how customer service dealt with a issue, never order from them again

Ordered a pizza hut which I haven't done in a long time. There was no taste to the pizzas and not sure what is going on with the dough. Pizza hut is no longer unique like the 1980s recipe and the price doesn't match the quality of the pizzas. There's a reason why it was an original recipe to be different or better than other pizza establishments. Do better pizza hut!!!

Usually have a good experience in York but not today. It was freezing cold in there for a start, people standing with the door open which wasn’t great this time of year with the temperature dropping. The pizza was already cold before we had sat down which was a shame. Then they were unable to keep up with demand and lots of pizza/pasta plates sat empty and not refilled which was a shame. We gave up waiting. Not the usual standard of service. However that said the waiting staff were attentive as always. So not all bad.

My husband and I got a 14 inch pizza to share and it cost me £29.98 how in gods name can you justify that price .Never in all my life does a pizza cost that and may I say nothing special chicken supreme along with two glasses of juice and portion of onion rings my bill was£43.45 .an absolute disgrace when you can buy a half decent one in any supermarket for £2 pounds.Your not going to tell me it cost £29.98 to make that .I am so angry this was in Livingston West Lothian

Please dont order from this place. Worst of all. I went to pick up but faced worst customer service experience.

Please forward this complaint to corporate offices. Horrible representatives. Sounded like a black female possibly 10 years old probably 25 & the Spanish guy the same 02 14 2026 at around 7:30pm 50 Sunrise Hwy Lindenhurst NY 11757 telephone number 631 956 9006. I ask them if they have what type of chicken to add to the pizza, she hangs up on me. I call back to ask the same thing, she hangs up again, three times. I call back a fourth time, Spanish guy answers laughing at me. I explain the circumstances, he keeps laughing. I asked for his manager he says no problem I'll connect you over and claims he will report this stinky lady, he hangs up on me. I call back to see if it was an accident, he hangs up on me again two more times. I guess this is why Pizza Hut is collapsing and being closed all over the land despicable lowlife horror shows working there from eternal darkness. Please fire these terrible employees?

When you spend money on a food delivery you expect it warm, not at Pizza Hut Aldershot. You phone to find out where it is 20 mins after the time given on the app when it arrives it’s cold they won’t answer their phone disgusting service.

Tried to order pizza using a One4all gift card. Payment was rejected. On speaking to customer service I was notified that they no longer accept the gift card, in spite of their logo being on the front of the card. Disappointing.

dont by from them on the website or the app, they will scam you, on there site they hasve when you spend £15 get a free large pizza using the app.

i tried it you dont give you a free large pizza so you end up paying £30 for pizza when you can just by them for £12 at a kebab shop,

when you tell them weather be by email or phone they lie in your face saying its not in your order even though the invoice shows it should be.

how i resolved it. do a bank charge back with your bank, and say it was never received. your bank will do a charge back and they have to prove they sent it. i got my money back do not ever use pizza hut its over priced and not the same anymore
