Easy to use the website

As usual, when booking my Uk coach holiday, I buy my travel insurance online. Quick and easy to fill in once you have got used to the system. I then have a copy of my documents downloaded on to my mobile after the payment is made. Thank you

Coach trip insurance

Very helpful lady who called me back as phone lines were busy earlier. She had picked up my message details and was fully prepared to sort out my insurance needs so the call was dealt with very quickly for me.

Happy I chose Coach Plus Travel

The website was easy to use & the questions were spaced out & good format to read & understand.
I had to ring up after purchasing policy as i had a message to say i hadnt made payment but it was due to me starting the policy the day before & not closing it down properly the lady i spoke to was very polite & helpful she printed & posted out my policy which i received today. Im very happy i chose coach plus travel.

System Sluggish

I have used PJ Hayman before and have found their quote and payment system very easy to use. On this occasion the system was slow and rejected my attemts to finalise the policy. After several attempts and just after 5:00pm it worked perfectly, although not sure why!!
I do now have the additional cover I require but it was very frustrating that the system was intially so sluggish and awkward to use.

Exceptional customer service - don't look anywhere else!

Making an insurance claim is never a nice experience, because you've generally already suffered something which has resulted in the need to claim. That being said, PJ Hayman were exceptional - both in the support they provided whilst abroad, and the speed of settling the claim once back in the UK. Other insurance companies need to follow their example! Special shout out to Rory Gowland for his excellent customer service!
