I was actually able to speak to someone on the phone and they completed the policy and explained everything to me. I found them extremely helpful. They even said they could send me a paper copy as I requested
My experience is still ongoing but we have pet insurance with Co-Op and despite sending all invoices and receipts we are being made to feel threatened a little for instance
If we do not hear from your vets we may close this claim?!
I find this quite rude and also worrying
We have paid for pet insurance with Co-Op but my views initially without claim being reimbursed and initial contacts are not good for Pet insurance
Therefore right now Travel/Car/Home etc we would not consider Co-Op due to negative communication and updates (made to feel like you are scamming)

Julie and Anthony dealt with a household policy renewal/new policy on an executor account pleasantly patiently and professionally - what you would expect from the COOP and what more would you want?
I got sent three letters . One saying my policy was coming to an end . Then one to say here is the renewal. Third your policy has ended . But when I tried to call and email then there was no reply . Call said we have an emergency . Emails just bounced back . Very poor service I will look elsewhere . You lost three customers .

Despite deciding to not tick the Automatic Renewals box and looking elsewhere Co-op say they have another Policy in my Account for buildings Insurance I have already contacted them saying I have made other arrangements !

Got through to adviser Suzanne quite quick and she was pleasant and helpful when made a change on policy details
The Insurance questionnaire was very clearly worded and all the questions were appropriate. It was easy to answer.
Bumped the previoulsy offered renewal price up by around 25% after asking them to correct a simple admin error on their part 3 days before expiry. No plausible reason for the increase given. If an offer is made before expiry, it should at least be maintained until policy expiry and certainly not increased if the risk has reduced.
