Mr Seymour Major delt with my case. From the outset I was treated with respect and dignity. Firstly I would like to talk about the PJ O'Hare app, which is brilliant. The app has a direct messaging system and has a step by step guide of the process accompanied with a completed and a still to do feature. I was in regular contact with Mr Major throughout the process.

Mr Major was excellent throughout the process helping to prepare me for HR meetings and giving me excellent and clear advice.
At times during my case I felt a bit lost as nothing like this had ever happened to me before, to his credit Mr Major was very reassuring more so than the HR team in my work in fact.

Paschal O’Hare was first class with their service. My claim was handled by Seymour who was quick in getting all the paperwork’s and medical assessments set up. Everything is done with through their mobile application, but that doesn’t leave you without a person to contact. Their message service on the app is always quick. I’ve got a reply within an hour.
They were able to negotiate a very good settlement for me. There was no hiccups at any stage and they are always on top of their game. Extremely professional and polite.
