Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing, from start to finish. The awning is amazing. The staff are fab. I was at the NEC show last weekend and needed a new awning, given it was ordered at the show, potentially it was going to take a few weeks to deliver, however the team said they would try and get to me the same week, as I was due to go away. Instead of having the awning sent to them to send onward, they arranged for direct delivery and it got here in time. Highly recommended, especially given their fab customer service.

Had an issue with a camping toilet which leaked. It was purchased at the NEC caravan and camping show 2024 from PJ Outdoors stall, after speaking with PJ outdoors customer serviced they swiftly sorted the problem for me by sending a replacement.
Excellent customer service and after sales care.
Can't wait to see what offers you have on this year at the NEC Birmingham.

Very happy.
We bought our awning at the NEC in October. It was clearly explained to us that there would be a delay in delivery, but also when we could expect delivery. Everything was delivered as promised. We could not be happier with the professionalism and organisation of all involved - thank you!
