I ordered the awning and all relevant…
I ordered the awning and all relevant fittings at the Caravan & Camping Show in October with an anticipated delivery of mid November. Was thrilled when it arrived early......and equally disappointed to find it was just the awning, no fittings. Waited another couple of weeks and rang them to be told there was a delay and it would be with me the following week. Nope. Rang again to be told they were waiting for the carpet and wanted to send everything together. Eventually it all arrived but the weather has been so awful (Storm Darragh) I haven't been able to check it out. As I'm new to all this I'm somewhat disappointed that it took so long. However, customer services were polite and helpful but even so a two month wait was a bit much.
