Be careful with this website! I started my booking in Dutch for an event I believed was in Utrecht. However, the moment I clicked to pay, the interface suddenly switched to French and booked a location in Paris instead.
I contacted their customer service within 10 minutes to correct this obvious technical error, but they refused to help or refund my €60 just because I didn't pay for their extra cancellation insurance.
It is a total lack of decency to hide behind 'insurance' when your own website's language glitche causes the mistake. Now they even have the nerve to send me automated 'How was it?' emails. Save your money and book elsewhere. Extremely disappointed.
