Buying from this company was painless .Goods arrived next day .Was absolutely delighted with 99 percent of items purchased .Disappointed in the display stand for the pop cakes .Found it very hard to assemble I suffer from arthritis and found it very hard to fit pieces together .Dont think I would use it .Everything else was spot on .

Have always received a good service from Planet Bake. This time two items were sent incorrectly and there was some damage to contents but within one short email the problem was resolved and the correct items were received the next day.

I ordered the cake tin on the Monday and it arrived on the Tuesday, even before the email to tell me it was despatched! Brilliant service and delighted with the item.

Ordered and paid for 2 day delivery service as I needed them six days after ordering. Never arrived, 2.5 weeks later still not arrived. Requested a refund last Wednesday, no correspondence from planetbake since.

The order came quickly and was as it was described. That's all I'm looking for

Everything arrived, packed well and promptly. Had been slightly anxious that cake sprinkles were just in a plastic bag, but its a resealable one so no need to find an alternative container. Would definately use again

I am very keen baker, I love baking cupcakes. I needed new supplies so I googled companies that supply cupcake cases ect. I came across planet bake, really interesting site, had everything I needed from cases, wraps and gel colours. Good value for money, so far the quality is great, delivery was speedy too. Overall satisfied customer. Will use you again :)

I bought a surfing themed cake topper and it arrived promptly and was exactly as advertised on the internet

Am waiting to do a collection as I am too busy at the moment to get round to it. I ordered something with next day delivery and paid extra for this - firstly I didn't get the next day then when I rang up on the day after to see where it was they said its on the van for delivery but there is a problem there are no red-heart sprinkles at this time of year you can see why this might be an issue.
I told them I didn't want the order they said fine no problems send it back.
Just seemed completely defeated didn't want to help me just wanted to get my off the phone.
have bout from here once before red and green sprinkles which separated in the box to join together as the packaging is poor - should have know then.

Would recommend to anyone great service
