Got my cake toppers on time, reliable and fast service. Will order again.

Wish I had read the reviews. Ordered Monday not received by Friday had to email them Oh sorry we are out of stock so why did not they tell me this on Monday will refund . No refund have had to raise a dispute in Paypal . Too late to order else fuming if you are selling party supplies it is time critical

My order was supossed to be here 2 days ago, despite sending 3 emails requesting my shipping/tracking there has been no response. EXTREMELY disappointed that my card has been charged yet I don't see any hopes of getting my product in time for my daughters party. I will be opening an AMEX dispute with this.

I ordered some emoji boxes from Planet Bake. After checkout I immediately got a confirmation email and a couple of hours later I received a despatch confirmation. I would recommend this company for communication, fast check out, very fast delivery ( I live in an isolated area and I received this in 2 days!) and excellent service all round.

Blamed me for getting my address wrong, didn't answer calls or messages. I called them for 2 days! No response to emails calls or fb message. And said it was none of my business when I asked why they haven't answered my complaint. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

i placed and order the 21st an 2017. was waiting patiently for delivery ,which i required to complete a cake order , The item never arrived ,I had no contact from the company ,I emailed them and told them of my none arrival of goods . Luckily id paid through paypal and received a refund but had to run round looking for the item which stil hasnt arrived ,,,my postman is trustworthy , i dont think the item was ever posted !!!!!!!! wouldnt use this company again

I definitely recommend this company. I looked everywhere for a Minnie Mouse cake topper and couldn't find it anywhere until I looked on planet bake and found one. It was delivered to me the next day and the sales advisor was really helpful. Definitely one of the most reliable companies.

Order never dispatched, phone never answered, emails never responded to. Will stick to large multi-nationals in future, at least they are contactable. Have had to raise a dispute with Paypal for refund but even they have not been responded to. Simply put - never again

I really wish I had read some reviews here before using this company - my order was incomplete and I could not contact the company by phone and they did not respond to 4 emails. I had to raise a PayPal dispute to be refunded what was owed to me. It seems hit and miss whether you have a positive or negative experience. In future I will stick to more established trusted companies such as Lakeland for my supplies - I will never use Planet Bake again.

Ordered a few things from them which arrived quickly and as described. I would have no issues using them again :)

I ordered some Halloween Sprinkles for a friend and it hasn't arrived. Didn't get a response after sending them a email. Had to open a dispute with Paypal to get a refund. After this experience I won't buy from this company ever again unless I am not aware of, that I already made bad experience with this seller. P&P was too much.

My lovely little box was like christmas coming early,everything was wrapped beautifully and arrived in excellent condition, Couldn't believe the cup cake measurer was exactly the right colour for my new aubergine/grey kitchen was like having a personal one made for me. Looking forward to half term when I can get down to some serious baking.Better not look at the site again for a while too much temptation to but some lovely things.I will be back and the 10% discount will certainly help.See you soon Planet Bake!

The little flower cutters came quickly and were well packaged. We used them to cut flowers out of fruit and vegetables and they worked well. The children found them easy to use and the results were great.

Very impressed both with the product and the speed of despatch. Pity the same could not be said about the delivery by Royal Mail. I paid £3.95 for 99 per cent guaranteed next day delivery, for the product to turn up not the next day, nor the day after but the 3rd day!!

How can I review my order when I ordered it 8 days ago and still not received it?

I love delving into the box and pulling out all the delights I felt were essential. The sugar craft daffodils are a dream and I can't wait to use them.
There was a dink in the coffee essence lid and it had leaked into the box so it all smelt wonderful too....
Apart from that it was perfect again.

Loved the sprinkles Halloween pumpkin cake really jazzed up.

I was amazed at this product and so much so I told all my freinds who are now thinking very different on ordering these sort of products
