I needed some lemon and lime sugared slices to put on the top of cheesecakes and couldn't find any shops that stocked them. I ordered the products from Planet Bake and they arrived a few days late - just what I wanted, perfect products.
Would recommend this website to friends and family.

I needed baby shower toppers 4 cupcakes & discovered this site which had an excellent assortment at a reasonable price. Bought few general bits of equipment at same time & received goods in a remarkably quick time. Excellent work & will def use this site again.

Easy to order was given estimated delivery date but arrived earlier than date given which was brilliant for me because date given would only just been in time for what I needed them for very pleased

Ordered duck toppers for a baby shower arrived very quickly perfect little decorations

I ordered last week on Wednesday a croquembouche mold I need to prepare a wedding cake. I was expecting the delivery on Monday or Tuesday. Nothing arrived on Tuesday, so we called them.

Apparently an issue with the delivery. We ask to get another one asap as the wedding is 4 days later. We receive an email on the Wednesday saying that we could get a refund... which we never asked. So, after calling them again, they informed us that they were sending by UPS another one and that would arrive on the Friday morning. (Just limit but works for us).

At 5.05pm tonight, Thursday, I receive a nice email telling me that my order was not in their storage and that therefore, I would be delivered. So, furious, I try to call and... answer machine.

Obviously, some people have no shame, no standard and no ethic...

Order was placed on the 14th of August and my post code address corrected on the 15th. I am still waiting for the delivery of my order and will not get it in time for my trip. Had ordered the items as a gift for my friend in Korea and given that it was stated that it was first class delivery thought that it would definitely arrive in time. Am not sure what happened in this instance but I am very disappointed not to have received the items in time and will now have to post them to my friend provided they have arrived by the time I get back. Please note this is not a review of the products themselves,which am sure will be fine once they arrive, just the delivery service which I feel let down by.

Once I placed my order through their website it was processed and sent the next day. I was kept informed by my e-mail, and the parcel arrived a couple of days later. The product was as described and in its' original packaging. Altogether a smooth experience, would recommend them to friends & family .

Website easy to navigate and the products are competitively priced with fast delivery.

Not used my cutters yet but was so pleased to find the shaped ones i wanted. Not everyone wants conventional so well done for selling the extraordinary.

Hasn't used this site before but you made it very easy. Quick to order and checkout. Really quick delivery. Product just as promised. Very pleased.

The little model was perfect, just as described. It arrived quickly and was packaged securely.
If I had one small niggle it would be the cost of p&p. Whilst I realise postage is expensive, on this occasion it was the same price as the item i'd bought.

Very poorly packaged in loose paper. Some were broken. Shame. Not enough to decorate all my cakes for a baby shower.

All of the items I ordered arrived perfectly, nothing broken and all in hygienic packaging. The parcel arrived really quickly and I had no problems at all with my order.
