i did'nt receive any shipping info after my order, so i mailed the customer service and i had an almost immediate answer from Mr Robert Cooper with all the info and links to track the goods..

Very bad: I bought two speakers. It seems it was attempted to deliver them at our house, but we were not at home at that moment. The delivery company did not leave a note. Ten days later I informed why it took so long and then the delivery company admitted they had lost the package and they adviced me to contact Planet Gizmo. So I mailed them (Which i had done before, to get some information) about 4 times, but there was no reply anymore at all.
So I contacted Paypal and in the end of that process Paypal gave me my money back.
It was quite unexpected because I had read good reviews of Planet Gizmo

I ordered a pair of Grado RS1i headphones late on a Friday, specifying Saturday delivery.
Planetgizmo contacted me shortly after to explain that I had ordered very close to their collection time, but they were doing their best to get the headphones to the courier.
They arrived early on the Saturday morning via DPD.
I was delighted, both with the headphones & Planetgizmo's above & beyond efforts to get them to me.
I will be recommending them to others.

Amazing Service from this company. The couriers had already been when I placed my order but they arranged for it to be sent by another courier at no extra charge. Would recommend this company to anyone.

I haven't received the product yet (so perhaps I might update this at a later date) but the guy I spoke to on the telephone was really helpful regarding all the questions I had, and offered to make sure the item was delivered promptly at no extra charge because I need it in a hurry! I ordered a Vita R2i late afternoon at the best price I could find on-line.

It arrived by DPD fully tracked courier service much less than 24 hours later, and in the middle of the 1-hour time slot shown in the tracking info.

It was in its original packaging and then in a strong outer box. This is important as the Vita packaging is very high-class and could have been damaged without the outer box (the unit even comes in a thick fabric drawstring bag inside its box).

I wish I had bought my Vita R4 here as well, I may have got a better deal (I bought it locally).

Order was processed and despatched with one hour of being placed, however my small complaint is that the despatch e-mail contained a tracking number but did not specify which courier was used.

Their "delivery & shipping" help pages specifies three possible couriers (City Link / Royal Mail /DPD) with example tracking numbers for each, but my tracking number did not work on any of these company's websites!

Despite this, my X7 arrived within 24 hours of ordering and it turned out that FedEx was used to deliver it even though they are not even mentioned on the Planetgizmo web site!

It was packaged in a large jiffy bag and consequently the outer box did get a little bit battered, but the contents were still in good condition.

Very quick, super efficient. Payment, order and great use of e-commerce. V.impressed so far. 24 Delv awaited order placed at 13.17. will see if it lives up-to its name.

The best deal for Edirol R-44 that I could find on the internet, not only great price but included free CB-44 bag and Koss headphones. Very courteous phone call to confirm despatch and delivery date, followed by email with tracking info, culminating in ultra quick delivery. I do a lot of internet shopping and this company has demonstrated the best performance I have come across from online retailers. The product is excellent for my needs, the service from Planetgizmo is superlative and second to none. I would heartily recommend the company for price, service, product repertoire and delivery. Excellent performance to be proud of, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I ordered a Zoom H2 on Sunday evening and it arrived in perfect condition together with a couple of promo freebies on Tuesday morning.

Easy to use website with great prices. I bought an Altec Lansing ipod dock which was advertised with a free gift, however the link to show what the free gift was didnt work. A quick phone call to a very helpful staff member quickly answered all my questions about the promotion.

Ordered an H4N Zoom recorder bundle, it arrived very quickly, no problem but without the 4GB stick that was supposed to be in the bundle, so a quick email and the company confirmed they had sent one out which arrived the next day.

Good speedy feedback and responding to an issue immediately. I wish all online companies took the same approach.
