Ordered start of Nov, took full 4 wks to arrive. No help whatsoever and did not give refund on request, thankfully my item came. Took 2 weeks just to reply to an email with the most unhelpful response, no apology whatsoever which leads me to believe this is the standard of service they’re used to giving. My advice is stay away.
I wrote 2-3 emails now to ask about my order and did not receive any reply. Additionally, their phone number is incorrect.
Be careful. I ordered several items. They have never sent me any tracking link. I submitted a complain to PayPal, and my payment is refunded. I asked the company their registration number and their official address. The answer I have got "We don't have the ordered items in the stock, but you can trust us.
