I always get great service from Planet X . My latest order was 2 Carnac short sleeved base layers which are keeping me snug and warm this winter . The fit is superb and the quality is great for the price. You always get good communications from them with tracking information.
As for their returns policy , i wouldn't know , as i've never been unhappy with anything from them . I've had bike parts , tools and clothing from them over the years and ALL of it is still going strong ! KEEP IT UP !

good range, good prices, good service

I bought a pair of Carnac Arcus Evo Waterproof Overshoes.
Good value at £14.99.
I ordered Large as I have size 44 shoes.
However they are a very small fit and impossible to put over my shoes.
The customer pays the return postage.
It's not possible to exchange for a larger size. Instead a credit is issued and you must re order. The postage is £4.99
The sizing chart on the Planet X website isn't accurate for these overshoes.
Make sure to order two sizes larger than you normally use.
Read the Planet x returns policy before buying anything.

I put an order in for a pair of long bib tights on the 8th November, no communication and needed to chase the order. Reply was an issue at the port. Advertised but no mention when ordered that these were unavailable was given an answer they would be delayed a week. Still no communication since. Check tonight 25th November and still not dispatched. Shockingly poor communication and service. Do not buy from this firm

I have been buying Planet X stuff for years and am still impressed with the high quality, low price kit.

I haven’t received my order or any information regarding it.
One item was supposedly in stock while the other was pre-order.

This is the fifth pair of these riding knickers I've bought. I can't get over the quality of their gear and the price too. Even with this stupid tariff sham going on the shipping is worth it.

From browsing the website to delivery of my bike it was a totally pain free experience, brilliant correspondence, keeping me up to date with build dates etc. And what a bike!!! very happy with it.

Went in to look at some gravel and mountain bikes. Everyone I spoke to was helpful, answered all my (probably daft) questions, went through all the pros and cons of the bikes, gears etc.
Decided on a gravel bike. 12 days later pickec it up, again brilliant service, they had built it to my preferred specs, added any extra bits I had purchased and adjusted it to fit me. Lots of advice for the first ride.
Bike is frankly amazing. Early days still but absolutely love it. Cannot recommend them enough.

Bought a pair of trousers for my son in November 2024. After wearing them twice the seam around the pocket came away. Messaged Planet X and they said they would arrange a replacement; then told not available until August; didn't hear anything in August - eventually not available until end of September but offered a refund. Accepted this but heard nothing in response and had no reply to emails since.
