Poor quality sunglasses that delaminated. When approached for comment told that was usual and that they were out of warranty. They didn’t know they had the same item in stock and suggested I bought another style. No offer of free p&p or discount on replacement pair

Very happy with purchase the products…
Very happy with purchase the products are great value for money and the delivery is first class. I wanted to purchase some quality cycle helmets for a local charity. I was blown away by the cost of each helmet which was half the price of the best online competition. That meant I was able to buy 20 helmets for the price I would’ve had to bought 10 for.

New Reiver
Bought a Reiver, communications were clear and prompt about when my bike would be made and delivered. They sent me a picture of it whilst they were checking it over.
The bike arrived flat pack but with most components installed. I'm no mechanic but it was easy to put together with the instructions.
Most importantly, I love the bike, the best i've ever owned. Set several PBs on Strava on my first ride out.

Friendly and knowledgable staff.
Collected the torque wrench (at a great price!) from the warehouse and had a look at some bikes whilst I was there. Chatted to a member of staff who was friendly and knowledgable.

Great Bicycle for a Great Price
My Tempest arrived sooner than expected, carefully packaged, and in good condition. Assembly was quick and easy with the exception of the front brake rotor which required significant truing. Once that was sorted out, the bike was a joy to ride and I look forward to many years of adventures with it.
