Opting for all waterproof finishes ensures that the bathroom windows are water resistant down to the stainless-steel hinges. It is always recommended that shutters that may be exposed to water are manufactured in the waterproof finish non-waterproof shutter materials can become damaged or bloated if exposed to high levels of moisture.

Fabulous service from start to finish. First visit is by an engineer, not a salesperson, so means that they know what they're talking about and there are no pressure sales tactics. Kept informed throughout the 8 week manufacturing process and the installation itself was done and dusted in no time at all. Great service and great value - you can get shutters cheaper but I don't think you'd be able to get better value. You really do get what you pay for.

Strongly recommended. All staff very professional: polite and helpful on the phone, prompt at appointments, constructive with advice. The quality of the product is excellent. There was about 12 weeks between ordering and installation, which was exactly as we were advised - no delays. All our windows are different, but the measurements were spot on, because every shutter fitted perfectly and caused the installer absolutely no problems.

You might as well go for the best.....
....And that's what i would say about Plantation Shutters - they are definitely the best in their field.
We had shutters fitted throughout the house - price wise the cost was not overly expensive. They very kindly give us a discount on the specific colour we wanted.
The whole experience from the back office (Krisztina Deutsch), to Lee Wilberforce who popped over, measured up and gave us really good sound advice on what type of shutters etc we should consider to the gentlemen that installed them - was just brilliant.
I think if you want good old fashioned customer service alongside top quality products then i would suggest you go with Plantation Shutters.

We have now used Plantation Shutters on 2 separate occasions. They installed cafe shutters for us as part of a kitchen renovation in 2021 and in 2022 installed full length shutters in our bedroom. We are extremely satisfied with their assistance from the design stage through to the materials and installation.
