I would avoid buying from this company. There communication is non existent.
I placed a order on the 18/12/2024 and was told my order will be there within 3 days, this was a Xmas present so the only reason I ordered from here was cause they said it will arrive before Xmas. After trying to call multiple times, sent text messages, emails and even a message on there instagram not one message was responded. This caused a lot of upset due to my 2 sons not being able to have there Xmas present and losing my deposit with the breeder. It is now the 3/1/2025 and my delivery is apparently supposed to be delivered today.

I ordered a light for tortoise and it all we t thru then I got email saying they had refunded my money as it wasn't in stock maybe they should keep their website up to date with stock

Came on time, damaged viv door from shipping, owner sent the door replacement straight away and was very polite about it. Thanks! Great service.

Can not recommend Stu enough. Always on the end of the phone for advice and guidance, with any issue whether big or small. Well priced in all aspects of sales, and always has what you need!

Excellent business To Deal with, they answered my questions promptly through messenger. I never visited the store as they are To far from me but there page advertises exactly what they are selling in my view, I received my purchase a couple of days after buying and I was very happy. Highly recommend them..

I have not been informed that there is going to be a delay in getting my order. I searched the Internet for a viv and every one was saying out of stock apart from yourself which said in stock, I have now found out with a bit of my own digging that it comes direct from habistat and they done have any. If you can't supply an item don't say in stock.

Always the best I never order from anywhere else but here amazing guy running it always helpful and the prices are the best and the live food is always spot on can't fault it.

They had good communication with items that were out of stock and asked what I would like to change them to or recommended, Emailed that I was missing items but not had a reply back which is why I rated at 3 stars…

I placed an order but failed to realise that when ordering live plants etc, I’d need to collect.
Stu organised everything to be delivered to me and everything arrived in perfect condition.
Brilliant service.
