Damaged on arrival and no response to my email.
The items were so poorly packaged that when they arrived they were damaged. A heavy bag of substrate was packaged together with basking bulbs and UV bulbs loose within. As a result only the substrate remained intact whereas the glass items were damaged by the heavy bag rolling around.
I have had no response to my email asking for either a refund or an exchange.
