Placed my order on 10th April and somewhat disappointed at quoted 2 week delivery. Plant arrived but wasn't the one I had ordered!

That was where the fun began. Despite numerous answer machine messages left, emails and even a PayPal despute raised took a week to get a response. Even then just a shallow excuse of being busy!

You would expect they would send correct plant immediately but no you have guessed it another 2 weeks to wait.

Plant just arrived pot squashed, "leggy" poor quality plant and broken branch due to flimsy packaging.

Did get an email to check all OK but no response when I complained no doubt too busy.

Thank goodness for PayPal who have processed a full refund.

Don't worry Plantify you won't be busy much longer with such apalling customer service.

AVOID AT ALL COST

I ordered 4 plants from plantify. When they finally turned up over a week late, one plant was completely dead, one had a broken pot and root ball (complete with slug), one had been left in the dark and eaten by pests and the final one, though apparently healthy, was a tiny plant recently put into a large pot. All were dehydrated. Not one of the plants was one I would have paid money for at a garden centre. Despite several emails I have yet to hear anything from them regarding a replacement or refund. I am a professional gardener and will not be recommending plantify to my clients any longer, and I would encourage any of you to find a different supplier.

Last year I ordered from Plantify and had great service. Good, healthy plants delivered in good time and with good communication. This year - total disaster. First part of the order was incomplete - the missing plant was finally sent weeks later and arrived totally dehydrated. The second part of the order has never arrived although I was emailed some time ago to say it had been dispatched. I have sent numerous emails only one of which was answered personally. I have tried phoning but always in a queue. Very disappointed indeed.

Simply the last company i would promote in a positive way.

Two orders placed for one combined delivery. When the delivery date passed I had to chase them about my order. They sent me a notification with limited info.

When the item delivered there's just one item (out of two). Only when I queried them again, I was told the remaining item is out of stock.

I opted to get a refund but no money came through for 2 weeks since my 1st request via email & despite my repeated requests. Finally I rang their office, and by the sound of it my refund request has not been processed till I rang them.

The quality of plant seemed fair but dealing with them was quite a hustle. Good product, poor operation.

I ordered 100 bare root English Yew on 26th March with delivery promised by 7th April, they did not arrive. When I contacted Plantify I was informed they had not been sent. The plants were sent the next day and arrived 4 days later. I then discovered that only 52 plants were delivered, one of which was excessively small. Plantify charged me the full price for 100 plants and £27 in shipping (to Ireland) but never contacted me to inform me of the lower number of plants available. I am bitterly disappointed with the quality of customer service and I await a response and explanation as to why they have stolen money from me.

Excellent communication and the plants arrived when promised .... and they are fantastic, very good size, much bigger than expected, and very healthy. First time I have used this company, but will use them again and will be recommending them to my friends and family. So pleased, can't wait to see them flourishing in my garden.

So glad to have found the Plantify website when looking for Heucheras .What a choice and good sized, healthy plants at reasonable prices, I did try my local garden centre first but they didn't have the varieties I wanted. Ordering was easy, communication very good and I was amazed by the packaging some of which I've kept to use for eBay sales! Add to this the option to use PayPal and for me Plantify is just the bee's knees, the cat's whiskers or the dog's you know what.

In March I ordered 2 peonies, which arrived, beautifully packaged, but at that time were still dormant. Unfortunately, they 'remained that way', though I gave them 6 weeks, before writing to Plantify. Within what seemed only minutes a had an apologetic reply to my e-mail, plus another, advising me that replacements were on their way. When the plants arrived, they were of superior quality, really healthy and in bud, ready burst into bloom. Many thanks, plantify, I'll be back.

I ordered a plant, which was delivered in around 5 days. Good communication on the delivery. The plant was considerably larger than I expected. On auction sites, these plants were being sold for around £5 for 30cm height. The plant I received for £18 was around 1.5 metres in size, in good condition.

Good price, good delivery, but my plant " Day Lily" had fallen on it's side inside the box and all the leaves were broken and damaged, if this had not happened I think the plant would have been great value, I suspect it needed a bit of extra packaging between the plant and the box. Still the plant will survive and the leaves will grow back. Not much more I can add really.

Easy to deal with. Kept me fully informed at each stage. Incredibly safe packaging made sure that my plants arrived in perfect condition. Will be sending for more. Recommend them to everyone.

I bought a Holly and it is simply beautiful and very healthy. The packing was exceptional and the plant survived the journey very well. I would have liked a option of a faster delivery however the company did deliver in the specified timescale - the communication was exceptional.

I ordered a penstemon from Plantify. It is one I had been looking for for a long time and could not find in any garden centre. Plantify had a huge stock of penstemons and delivered my order very quickly indeed. Theplant was a substantial size and was a very good price. I will certainly buy again.

We had a planting scheme completed for our patch by a professional, she was excellent and bamboozled us with Latin names - all great plants from the photos she had in the plan. Unfortunately I could not find many of them in garden centres around us, when I did they were hugely expensive. So to Plantify, type in the Latin, get the plant - fantastic not a penny spent on fuel driving round garden centres. I was slightly worried about the plants coming through the post but they arrived a couple of weeks ago, we planted them out and they are going great guns, vigorous, healthy and putting on new growth. This was a trial, we have 2 more big borders to plant up and I will definitely use Plantify as my first port of call.

Having bought my perennials from local often over priced garden centres, with limited choice, i decided to try Plantify. I was not disappointed, they have an excellent, wide range of plants. I have since gone back for more. Delivery estimates are accurate and customer service by phone is personable and extremely helpful. Highly recommended

Very well packaged plant, some minor damage to the leaves, but the plant seems to be recovering well.

Plants arrived well packaged with no damage - one was in excellent condition, the other looked a bit shabby but it just might not have come into season yet. Often the size of mail order plants can be disappointing but I was pleasantly surprised by these for the price.
